Best Western Hôtel d'Arc

The room was very clean and staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast was also good. The location was great. Everyday cleaning was great.

The room was incredibly cold. Although I asked them to increase the temperature they made excuse not to solve the temperature issue. It was clear that they had set up the air conditioner not to work and we didn't have any control on it. Both nights during our stay I called the reception and kindly explained the issue but they didn't do anything. The room was such a cold that I couldn't get out of bed because the only place in the room that was warm was under the quilt.

The location is very central, the two ladies at the reception very friendly and helpful. Very comfy bed and sheets. Small fridge in the room very handy. Dog friendly. Parking in the underground about 400m for free with a hotel ticket but had a bit of a problem upon exit (the ticket didnt work, needed help out there).

Its an old building so there was some mould in the corners of the walls in our room and the smell was not great. For one night with open windows in summer it was bearable.

The staff is great, specially the lady in the evenings, so energetic and smiley. She gave us chocolate Easter eggs that we enjoyed very much. The room and hall decor with the antique lift for a nostalgic touch, beds very comfy although rooms a bit small.

Hair dryer in the room had no power so it was tricky to dry the hair up. We asked for a high powered one in reception and they provided, so that was nice. They only put a single pair of towels in the bathroom although we were 2 people so we had to ask for extra towels.

The size of the room was perfect. The hotel was located in a great central location, with the most important landmarks at a few minutes walk. The breakfast was of outstanding quality, with a variety of pastries, fresh fruit and juices, sausages, eggs, bread, yoghourts etc

The availability of free parking spaces, the nearest public car park costs 2 euros per hour, 8 hours a day, and the hotel has an agreement with a local underground parking where we paid 10 euros for a maximum of 15 hours of parking, and it's not very close to the hotel, around 500 metres away.

Perfect location, next to the station and close to city center. We parked on the street nearby, downloading an App to pay for the parking. Nice staff at reception, good breakfast. Charming building. Room size was ok for 4 people (2 adults 2 kids). Very clean, nice towels. Super comfy beds

I found it a bit expensive, everything was ok but still a bit old, more a 3-stars than a 4-stars

The hotel is very well located (wether you have a car o not) and charming. The decoration of the room is nice, and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. Moreover, the staff is also very welcoming and we also enjoyed the late checkout at 12:00pm.

We did not like some details (the view from the window, the size of the bathroom, the moving tap, the absence of “goodies” for a 4-stars hotel).

Very good location. Personnel at the reception very kind and always smiling, felt like old friends.

Low power of the hairdrier. Room not very large, convenient for a single person in a double room, might be a bit small for two persons.

The two receptionist we met were lovely, especially the lady we met who greeted us on our arrival and was working into the evening - super friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, car park was close and we had a lovely walk through the old town and the shops too.

A friendly team and especially François who was very helpful and offered to help with my suitcase when the lift stopped working. The room was spacious, clean and with a large window. Breakfast was good with a good choice of food. The location was ideal. Thank you all all the members of staff.

The lift broke down but the staff were very helpful with heavy luggage.

Breakfast was good. Great location right across from the train station. 5 minute walk from tourist info.

The carpet had stains on it. The cover to the drain in the shower was loose. They lobby area was full of carts of towels or other things that needed to be put awy.
