Hotel Restaurant Pavillon Bleu

The room is spacious. It has a aircon and a couch. The lake view by the restaurant is nice. Really good cold beer €12 though in hotel bar. The price of the room is very fair.

Spiders. It would be great if this hotel had an email address. Staffs are nice but English is limited.

Attentive staff. Comfortable chairs in bedroom. Kettle and tea tray (though I had to request milk for my tea.) The location of the restaurant is superb and made for an enjoyable evening. Secure parking was appreciated.

The food in the restaurant was disappointing and one main course had to be returned. The serving staff were excellent at explaining the food content but the actual food disappointed. Our room, room 4, had lovely french windows which opened on to....oh dear the car park. I think rooms 1, 2, and 3 look out over the river.

Bertrand was very friendly and we enjoyed our stopover in this lovely hotel. He recommended his other restaurant up the road which was very good.

Disappointed that the restaurant was not open on the day we stayed, we should have checked more carefully.

Located in a quiet suburb next to the Loire. The property is small, 5 bedrooms in the main building and one (6) in an annexe. The staff are friendly. We enjoyed Room 2 on our return journey; it looks down onto a courtyard and through trees to the river. Unlike many French hotels, there are tea making facilities, but no milk or fridge. Breakfast is served from 07.30 so good if you have an early start. It has a good selection of breads, croissants, fruit juice, tea/coffee, jams, served at the table. Dinner in the restaurant was not cheap but was very good, reflected by the fact that many tables were full, even midweek off-season.

The rooms are comfortably furnished, although Room 6 has no wardrobe and one of the bedside lights wasn’t working. I would have enjoyed some protein, cheese or ham, with breakfast.

The restaurant was closed because of a wedding so we had to go to the excellent associated Atellier 128. The wedding music continued past 2 AM, but we had been warned and given the option of cancelling our bookings

The restaurant is first rate and we always enjoy the food there. The rooms have tea making facilities and an enquiry at the bar will result in a small jug of cold milk being provided. The staff are friendly.

Our room had one bedside light that didn't work, apart from that we were very happy.

Breakfast was simple traditional French. But inexpensive. Bedroom simple but it all qorked. Good value. Di ner delicious.

Absolutely charming location, our room was very clean and comfortable, we enjoyed a delicious meal in the restaurant and the staff were very helpful. All in all, this is a lovely hotel and we will return!

Very well appointed room. Very nice dining room set beside the river, pleasant staff, tasty dinner with good menu.
