Nice Center Room0

Perfect place for few days stay in Nice. Located in very nice part of town and surrounded by variety of shops and bars. You can reach Old Town by taking tram for 3 stops, or you can have a nice walk to there. Nice-Ville train station to go to another places like Monte Carlo or Cannes is just few minutes by walk. Rooms are clean and spacious, host is helpful, bathroom is shared but always very clean. We was feeling like home, and would come again for sure. Great value for money and big recommendation.

The location is very convenient and the room faces a quiet backyard. Communication with the very nice host was very easy and friendly. The bed was quite comfy, too :-)

Friendly host and comfortable room.

Super nice host. Clean apartment with good equipment. Very close to all transportation. 8 mins on foot to nice ville train station and 5 min to closest tramway station. The area is very safe at night, as my friend and I (2 girls) came back at night around 1 am and felt really safe. Highly recommend for friends or couples traveling.

The host was very accommodating and made our stay very comfortable, even as our plans had changed. Everything in Coeur de Nice was walkable and Old Town was 10 min drive from the accommodation. Also, being close to the train station was great as we travelled along the coast via train.

The walls are thin which is just the way French buildings are, so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper, I was glad I brought mine as you could hear neighbours.

it was very home-y, not just because the host, Danylo has his own room and stays there sometimes as well, but because the rooms themselves are comfy and the bathroom is cleaned every day. even though the flat is small, it has everything. it is located a few minutes away from the train station, very central. we had a great stay there.

as it is central, it can be a bit noisy but we slept well.

Great value. Close to the station. Simple. Clean. No frills - but who needs those. Perfect for one person. . Very friendly host... made it possible for me to check in earlier. Which was great after the all night train from Paris. My host washed my clothes for euro5. Comfortable bed. The neighbours in the courtyard were a bit loud very early one morning... But thats life. Highly recommend this place.

The scaffold running up the side of the building. Couldn't fully open window. But that is temporary. . Didn't bother me. Not really. Didn't like the art on my wall... but now I'm being pedantic.

The room is nice and clean. The host is very nice and friendly.

Nice small place, but there is enough space. Great host. Helps and explains everything, simple and adequate rules. Good location. Easy to get to and from airport, suuuper close to railway station and a walk away from cities popular sights
