The lounge and dining areas were well above expected. The food and bar were excellent.

Bathrooms are too stark. Poor soap and no cloths or toilet brushes to keep things clean. One complaint and this is common to other hotels in the area is at 3 in the morning a noisy rubbish collector and compactor truck came and spent half an hour collecting and emptying large commercial rubbish bins from all the hotels in the street. While this is not the fault of one particular hotel it probably is something the hotels should discuss with the municipal authorities as it was extremely loud and I am sure many other people were disturbed by this noise which lasted over 15 minutes.

Very easy access from airport. We arrived terminal 2, got the free tram to terminal 1, and easily walked across the road to the hotel. Staff were friendly. Helped me with my new French simcard when I couldn't understand the instructions. You do need to decide if you want breakfast the day before though, as we couldn't have it when we tried on the morning of. Room was clean, with a view of the water (even if it was behind the airport!) And comfortable enough with own ensuite. Easy walk to tram station to get around the beautiful city

Good location, very easy to reach the airport, nearby train station (Saint Augustin - 5 minute walk, don't listen to Google maps!), tram stop etc. Cheap and cheerful, I was working so only needed a bed and a shower. Bed was comfortable enough, shower good, breakfast was basic but enough to keep me going. Reception staff very helpful (shoutout to Mike who gave me an upgrade for my birthday!). Quiet rooms - I didn't hear any noise from other guests.

Some things a bit lacking in upkeep - shower was loose on the wall, a broken hook in the bathroom etc. No kettle or tea making facilities available outside of breakfast, though the reception lady was happy to make me some hot water which was nice. Pillows not great. Noise of airplanes might be annoying when you're trying to sleep, though I managed.

Easy check-in, very comfy beds despite the rooms being as small as a ferry cabin! We just stayed the night before a very early flight and it was excellent for that. There is a tram just over the road to the airport. Perfect for a short stop.

We found it really difficult to locate by car (as you can’t see the road or the hotel from the main road, it is round the back) and never actually found the parking. We ended up pulling into a lay by and unloading all our stuff and walking. The lift requires you to have a key to go up and we only had one key which was slightly inconvenient for moving luggage around!

The property is walkable distance to the Grand Arenas tram station and is also a free stop from the Nice Airport. It also has a train station nearby from where you can visit Monaco , Montecarlo and Menton by train.

The room was too compact. There was not much space to either keep the luggage or move around. Its ok if you are just staying alone or travelling on a short budget and wouldn't mind the space constraint. We hit ourselves on the doors multiple times while trying to navigate the room. There are no good restaurants near by and the breakfast buffet is limited. You should take a tram to visit the city center where there are lot of restaurants and shopping places.

Close to the airport (20' walking - but I recommend taking the tram either if you have to wait a bit; the path is not comfortable). Clean, comfortable, space of the room is very well used. It is what it is - an airport hotel. And it excels at that; I always use Ibis. Perfect for sleeping calmly during the night. Great noise isolation (both exterior and interior - someone not common with older hotels).

It would be ideal to be able to have breakfast until a bit later than 10am (for those of us who arrive very late at night). Although it didn't affect me because I was already awake - they started doing works in the morning in the room next to me, which was very noisy and could have disturbed someone. I guess they make sure to start at a reasonable hour.

Proximity to Nice airport was the main reason for choosing this hotel. The receptionist was extremely welcoming and immediately gave us a good impression. The room was small, but very clean and the facilities were perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. There is no restaurant, but we were directed through a door which allowed direct access to the Novotel reception area and their bar & restaurant.

Breakfast room became quite congested. I think the majority of customers had earlyish flights, which is presumably why they had chosen the hotel.

This is a very nice budget hotel and review is written considering it is a two star hotel. The hotel is about a ten minute walk from the Nice airport entrance but the entrance is a little hidden behind the Novetel. Front desk workers were very friendly and helpful and most spoke good English. My room was very clean, small, no furniture outside of the bed and a stool. The bathroom is very clean but only includes two large towels and just body wash liquid soap. For an extra 7 euros you can get a good continental breakfast. The tram is a five minute walk and goes to the airport and to old town Nice.

Lots of construction going on so the place is a little noisy. I only recommend the hotel for short stays to be near the airport as there is really nothing near the hotel to do.

This was a very quiet and convenient place to stay for one night right across the street from the airport (5 minute walk to Terminal 1)! The internet was fast, and the price was right. Also the 12pm/noon check-in/check-out is amazing!

The bathroom is very small and there wasn't much room to place things near the sink. The toilet was uncomfortable close to the wall (for a tall person). The chair at the desk had no back or cushions, so it was not comfortable to work at for long. Also I could not move the desk (attached to the wall) near the bed and use the bed as a seat.

Super nice and speedy check-in, fast no fuss Wi-Fi, great AirCon, the most comfy i found in France (small) cushion, proper duvet, power hot shower, location next to tram and buses, hot and cold drinks machine ( including soup), machine with some ready meals ( and microwave), able to print boarding passes, soundproof, can leave luggage. The room is small and very basic with no decor, no room to seat for 3 ppl or no wardrobes ( full mirror) but it is perfect stop over or airport hotel for a few nights. It suited my needs
