Zenitude Hôtel-Résidences Nantes - La Beaujoire

The pool, the friendliness of the staff, the balcony, the large size of our apartment. It was a very comfortable and spacious space - I think probably the biggest one bedroom apartment we've ever stayed in.

We didn't quite understand the accommodation/la résidence. Was it just a set of holiday lets or were some people living there permanently & using it for affordable housing? This wasn't a problem - we were just curious & didn't want to take anyone's permanent parking space. Also, all the notices about fines made me uneasy - they charge you for a late arrival or if you hang clothes on the balcony railings or if you check out too late. In the room it said check out was 10am on a notice on the door, but the receptionist told us 11. I then worried we'd get penalised for checking out at 10.30, but it turned out, in fact, to be 11am! We also thought a deposit/ pre-authorisation of €500 was a lot, especially for just one night.

The beds are extremely comfortable and the bed linen and towels are nice white and clean. I loved sleeping in that bed.

We had a king size bed, but we had one bedside table only with one socket. There was another socket next to the door and enough space for a table or a chest, but without them I had to put my phone on the floor to charge.

Excellent equipped. Plenty of space. Comfortable beds. Great facilities and lovely staff. A little more attention need to aspects of cleaning.

A little more attention to details of cleaning. Skirting and flooring not spotless. Black mould round bath. Turn over of adjacent apartment took less than 1 hour!

My apartment was very comfortable. It had everything I needed. It was near the shops. I used the bus and tram which was very convenient to go to the city.

The only thing is the pool is small and a bit crowded but the water was very cool which was great. I still enjoyed it.

Pool. Spacious accommodation. Facilities in accommodation. Terrace. Wifi. Parking. It is near an industrial area but plenty of restaurant near by. On bus route to city centre. Restaurant on site. We didn't sample breakfast as these are self catering accommodation. Staff spoke English. Early check in.

double bed in the Childrens room, being teenage boys they didn't really want to share a bed so the older one slept on the sofa bed in the lounge which wasn't ideal.

The Zenitude is in a nice, quiet location in the outskirts of Nantes near a forest. There's a nice outdoor swimming pool and the room was comfortable with big windows to let in fresh air.

There were a lot of families with kids staying at the property and they were noisy at times. It also seems silly to ask guests to clean up the kitchen and take the trash out before checking out given the price we paid per night.

Close to the highway within walking distance to a bio supermarket and a bakery, but 6 kilometers outside the city-center. Helpful staff. Parking right in front to the appartment. A nice little heated outdoor swimming pool. Locked parking area after 22:00.

No really good public transport to the city.

Nice sized room. Comfortable beds. Very clean.

It was strange to have the toilet on a different floor from the bathroom and bedroom. Sloping ceiling in bedroom was surprising. My task companion hit her head on it accidentally.

Staff were helpful. It was close to the BMX track which is why we came.

The €300 deposit that I didn't know about and was taken from my debit account and still waiting for the refund
