The location is great for visiting the castle. The hotel is very clean, and has everything you can wish for. Staff was super friendly.

Not a big thing, since they are still the exception, but in such a new building with a parking space, one would expect a charger for an electric car.

The location of this hotel is perfect close to chambord easy to reach from the highway parking space infront of the door that gets closed at night. The hotel it self is great looks new, clean, comfortable and spacious rooms even fitted under the shower with 2 meters. Beds where great with a cloud matras because thats how sleeping felt on it. People can take their kids or pets and the hotel will make the room ready for that. Breakfast in the morning was also excellent with all kind of wonderful choices. The personal of this place is amazing and super friendly and helpfull for instance adviced on nice restaurants and afterwards made imidiatley a reservation. This all definitely motivates me to be a repeating customer.

There is one point and that is that there is no lift to the second floor but the personal even offered to carry up the baby stroller.

Breakfast is very good with attention for allergies, glutenfree bread for instance, and local jams, nice egg boiler.

Kitchenware could be bit more extended. 1 pot, 1 pan for furnace with 4 heaters, no bowls. all available on (extra) demand though.

- Nice room - Perfectly soundproofed (I'm a light sleeper and in other hotels often woken up by sounds from the corridor or doors slamming, but in this hotel even when awake didn't hear a sound) - Drinking water fountain in the lobby (they lend free bottle during your stay) - Decent breakfast

The friendly host, excellent recommendations, and all the little extra touches from the amazing body wash and shampoo to the coffee machine to the velvet chairs and nice porch area. It was easy being a traveler from abroad in this place, and a wonderful experience for my husband and I.

Location close to the castle, 10 min max with GPS. Modern hotel. Good sound isolation. Good AC. Rooms are modern. No light in the room if you close the shades. Breakfast with local food. Good management. Small restaurants around

Great location. Really friendly and welcoming staff. Helped to make a reservation for us at the local restaurant. Nothing too much trouble. Very happy to have stayed there.

Very nice hotel close to the Château de Chambord. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are amazing, very comfy beds, nice bathrooms and very nicely furnished. Good breakfast buffet.

The only downside was that there was basically no dinner (as it was Sunday, when apparently nothing is open in France) - but the hotel had some pre-pepared dinners that they could warm up, which was really helpful.

Great hotel with an amazing staff, super clean and great location to visit the Loire Valley, particularly if you have a car and need parking. Pet friendly, which is great too!

Lovely, modern hotel with air conditioning! Room was nice with good bathroom, and breakfast was great.

Not many restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but plenty a short drive away!
