Nice room, if a bit small. But clean. Perfect location, especially if you have a dog. Restaurant also nice. Breakfast buffet really nice.

There was a cycling team there that took up a lot of the car park. Which meant we could not park near our room. Plus the car park was flooded where they were cleaning the bikes. Electric cables & hoses right across the car park the whole time. Not very health and safety!! Evening buffet a bit odd. A lot if mixed dishes but salad was lettuce leaves, no tomatoes or cucumber.

Good location, easy parking, good dinner and breakfast options. Friendly and efficient staff. We have often stayed here as a convenient stopover when travelling.

Not specific to this property but Campanile has certainly become much more expensive now, especially as the rooms are basic (as they always have been) and although some hotels have been upgraded, others could do with an update! You used to know exactly what to expect - it’s a bit hit and miss now.

Lovely location, outside of the city near to a park and lake. Very quiet (Saturday night stay). Parking was plentiful and my bike - which I'm very protective of! - could be parked right near the room.

Usual Campanile stuff.. could do with a lick of paint and a plug hole that retains water! But it was offset by the price, comfort and cleanliness.

Good value for money. Good location as there was a direct bus service available into Tours city centre. Excellent restaurant service. Also there was a lake nearby for a pleasant walk before or after dinner.

I would have preferred a softer mattress in the accommodation.

Breakfast good room a little too warm but no able to adjust temperature (thermostat not working?). Staff courteous and organized.

Working air conditioning. Some tea and coffee in the room.

Great location near ring road, traveling to Calais, nice lake walks opposite hotel , travelled with dog, all good, very nice meal evening and early breakfast,friendly staff

Older rooms carpets a bit tired but we had a dog so ok

Breakfast was good with good variety of buffet Great shower and very friendly staff. The lady on reception at 7pm was brilliant.

Evening meal was great but a bit pricey.

We had the dog with us and the park opposite is perfect for a walk

The couple in the next room we shouting and arguing all night so we didnt sleep at all but not the fault of the hotel

Staff excellent food excellent immaculate in restaurant the area excellent and the forest by the side was 2nd to non brilliant for Dog

Rooms could do with a revamp but very clean
