Excellent central location in the beautiful fishing village of Honfleur. Very friendly and helpful manager. Given a room upgrade on arrival. Very clean and comfortable room with a view over the small port. Secure paid parking available. Very good breakfast with personal service from staff.

No dislikes.

The location was ideal, proximate to everything. The breakfast was superb, the breads, croissants, juices were of the highest quality and fine meats every morning! The hosts were wonderful! Victor was so personable and wattmeter and had great dining recommendations.

Our room had no place to hang clothing. The armoire had 1 usable shelf on one side, while a 2nd shelf housed the safe. The other side of armoire was blocked by the desk so it couldn’t open. We lived out of our suitcase the 5 nights. That was not true for my relative’s room, they had hanging space. The showers were not enclosed, you had to climb into a big jacuzzi tub and try to keep the water from getting everywhere. Our friends did have a walk-in enclosed shower.

We were greeted by Victor - so friendly and kind. He had called the day before and talked us through how to arrive and unload our car and where we could park our car in the hotel's secure lot. Everything went smoothly. Our room was huge! We had a great bathroom too - both a bathtub and a shower, a separate toilet room and a roomy vanity.

It's hard to come up with anything.... but if the towels were a bit more plush, I would have absolutely nothing to complain about. One other thing that I guess is normal all over Europe is that washcloths are not used or provided in hotels. Not a big thing but I used one at home, so I bring them with me.

The room was a good size, comfortable and with everything one would need. Breakfast offering was extensive and not self service. The location, just adjacent to the port was great with just about everything within a five minute walk. Victor, the owner rang the day before to ask us to confirm our booking, he told us that as we were staying on a holiday weekend every decent restaurant was fully booked but he got us a reservation at a great fish restaurant. When we arrived, he also recommended some places for lunch, the first was fully booked but the second 'Chez DD', a wine bar was fabulous. Brilliant service from Victor!

No much.

What a gorgeous hotel! Full of history and an amazing breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helped us with our restaurant choices. I only wished we had longer to explore the lovely area. The hotel is so pretty - it is an absolute delight! Parking is limited and a fare way from the hotel but we could park outside just to load and unload. Parking in the town is very limited so it is good that you can book with the hotel in their secure car park. I would definitely return!

We stayed in the suite, which was basically a family room, and it was nice to have the space. It was shabby furniture, but the bath was very state of the art. Dog friendly, nice staff, AC worked well. Breakfast was good - and the restaurant associated with the hotel was very good too. Good location in centre but this also caused issues with parking.

Parking was stressful even though they said they had reserved spaces 10 minutes away. It was not as smooth as we were led to believe. Rickety staircase, which was tricky with dog.

Great location in the heart of town. Eating and shopping are all around. Very relaxing to sit by the water and wind down with a drink. Try an eatery up and away from the water or eat at the hotel. Staff was very helpful. When was the last time you stayed in a 500 year-old building? The bed was very comfortable.

We enjoyed the property with no negatives.

Although we stayed in early January along with all the Covid19 rules damp and cold weather we really enjoyed our stay, the room was fantastic being in the annex we had the bonus of three windows overlooking the harbour allowing a good view of the fishing boats returning and unloading their days catch along with all the hustle and bustle this produced the gentleman in reception when we arrived and also whilst serving the breakfast the following morning was absolutely brilliant we had our evening meal in the restaurant which was nice but not exactly spectacular for the money

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room other than that great

Victor was amazing. So friendly and so helpful. In particular, great at ensuring we found the secure parking efficiently and in giving great dinner recommendations. Lovely ambience and decor. Clearly a hotel where great care is taken to make it lovely and inviting for guests.

The aircon in our room was a bit noisy, but it's a v small point!
