The cottage is situated in a very quiet rural area with access via paved road. The furniture and building were all beautiful combining old elements into a modern age ensemble. There are multiple units that are very well distributed on the land and form what looks like a modest ranch. There are plenty of areas to sit and relax in the garden as well as a tree swing. The host was also very welcoming and attentive. He helped as book a table for dinner the evening we arrived as he knew most of the good places and it was not very easy to find a table on such short notice. We ended up dining at Les trois marchands in Cheverny which was a wonderful experience, both gastronomic and service-wise. We truly enjoyed our stay there and we also found it very close to some of the major objectives in the Loire Valley, such as Chateau Chenonceau, Chateau Chambord and the city of Blois.

The location was absolutely A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! It was like a fairy tale to me, I could go there and spend inappropriate amount of time and again it will not be enough. The lake which was near the back yard was absolute gem! The host was very helpful and cheerful. The breakfast was also really good.

Quiet, beautiful Bed & Breakfast built by owner. Alexandre was extremely helpful with suggestions and dinner reservations. Great location from which to visit Cheverny, Chambord, and Blois.
The location is rural so access by car is required, but this is what we preferred.

Difficulties with card payment due to internet problems. Some problems to locate La Raboulliere due to lack of clear signalisation when coming from Contres or Cheverney.

This quiet and secluded hotel was a find. Although the rooms contained basic set up, but the countryside, family atmposphere, and yummy breakfast was a WOW!
Bad was stiff, Shower was uncomphortable to use.
