Great location for Champagne Houses.Superb value for money.Very clean and comfortable .Best thing is one of the owners is British and so very helpful and knowledgeable adding nuanced information which you might not get when conversing in French. Value added to a booking is huge.Christoff gave us great advice on which champagne houses and locations to visit.Even booked dinner for our party at a local restaurant. They have only taken ownership in last few months but they offer so much more than other similarly priced accommodation. Good luck to them .

They are planning to upgrade the building but it's already a leader in its price band

Great location and the old town, in behind the movie cinema is stunning. It was like a set from a Shakespeare play: unexpectedly pretty and authentic, we will return to discover the town more fully. The hotel is very well priced, and in the city centre. We'd be happy to stay there again. The breakfast was simple and plentiful.

Everything was fine. The 'old town' or historic centre is it better called, was a real treat. Parking was in a paid parking lot outside, from 9pm - 9am its free. There were plenty of available spots.

Clean simple room, air conditioning was turned on for us before arrival so we arrived right away on a quite cooled down room, which was quite good considering the temperature outside. Simple breakfast with cheese, saucission, rosette, baguette, croissants, brioche bread, juices, hot drinks, jams, butter, hazelnut spread, youghurts, milk, cereals. It's replenished quite often by the workers.

Breakfast could be better in terms of variety of pastries and hams/cheeses. Also no eggs or any cooked dish.

The location of the hotel us really perfect. There is an underpass next ti the entrance, and in 2 minutes you are in the center (on the square next to Unterlinden museum). There is also a big supermarket (Monoprix) on the same place. The bus stop for going to the surrounding villages is a few minutes away, which was extremely good. The receptionist lady was very nice and helpful, she gave me timetables for the buses and showed me the stops.

My room was so small that I could barely move around the bed! I was shocked when I entered.. Moreover it was on the last floor, with only a small roof window.. definitely not recommended to people who have phobia :D And there was no wardrobe, only hangers and a shelf outside! But for sleeping was ok. Breakfast was every day the same, and not a bug choice.. only 2 types of salami and cheese (no ham, no eggs, no sausage..)

After reading all the negative feedbacks I had low expectations, but fortunately I got wrong. The hotel is very nice, the staff is friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast is not very rich, but it was enough (the bread was delicious). I recommend this hotel to all the people who don’t expect something fancy and just want just a clean and central located place.

A small fridge in the room would had been very helpful

Just perfect! Extremely extra clean and comfortable room. The room was small, but fully renovated, with good working air conditioner and very comfortable beds and pillows. Clean bathroom and hot water.The location is very good - only few steps from the city center and only 10min walking distance from "petite venice". Very kind and friendly receptionist. Tasty breakfast. Absolutely value for money.Recommend!

Everything was more then good. I like everything!

Bed was quite comfortable, room was clean, air conditioner worked well and was easy to control. While the room was small, that was no problem as a solo traveller and I thought the price-stay ratio was excellent. Staff were quite pleasant and the location was close to the city center.

The elevator could use renovation and the lights in the hallways are very dim.

It was warm and cozy, also location is excellent

For a hotel there were stuff missing like more towels (there was only one per person), also maybe shampoo, toothpaste, slippers stuff I usually expect in a hotel. But I am sure if you ask at the reception you will get all the stuff (as I asked for a shampoo and they gave me a few). Also the room was too small but if you are like us- staying for one night and be outside all day and just go there for a shower and sleep- it's perfect.

The Staff was so cute! They helped us a lot with our dinner and gave us additional pillow for my 2 years old daughter. The location is amazing - 2 min to the very centre by feet. 15 min to the Railway Station by walk.

Our window was on the road and even at night it was a little bit noisy from cars. There were only 2 bath towels for 2 person. No towels for hands.

Beds were comfortable. Room was spacious. Staff were very friendly. Location is excellent- on the edge of the old town. Room had sufficient heating.

Breakfast was average. Our shower kept making the entire bathroom wet- no matter what direction we pointed it at, but the water was warm and the water pressure was good, so that was more important.
