B&B HOTEL Châlons-en-Champagne

Perfect hotel for our travels across Europe. Normally this type of hotel is bland and full of business people but actually the staff were lovely and made us feel very welcome. Excellent parking in a closed carpark. There was a small bar which was a bonus and places to sit outside and have a drink. We went to a local bar 5 mins walk away and that was nice as well. I was amazed at the price we paid as little more than some of the campsites we had stayed in. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment.

Comfortable night's sleep. Everything was fine. Hotel is easy to find off the motorway. I note there is a cosy bar area that was open, despite it being a Sunday. I like that the reception was manned by a friendly person, not a machine! Carpark is gated and has video surveillance, another plus for me. I travel frequently from Calais so this is a perfect stopover place for 1 or 2 nights.

I would appreciate a hand towel and a shower towel (instead of just 1 towel). Breakfast was disappointing with limited choice. The machine 'café au lait' was undrinkable

good breakfast for a very small price, surprisingly good beds, quiet rooms, helpfull staff, safe parking space which is behind a locked fence at night, you still need the car to get somewhere (city center) but that makes it also an easy accesible location.

breakfast location is a bit dense, if all seats are taken we will be squeezed together. However, for this price I cannot complain as the breakfast was really good (knowing it is french :-))

Room small but bed really comfortable had good air conditioning room was spotless good parking and restaurant close by staff really friendly and helpful

Breakfast very basic so I only had cornflakes a bit more choice would be nice

Convenient and quiet location, arrived at 1.30am and pleased and surprised to find cheerful and helpful reception staff. Car park was secured with electronic gates. Would return when travelling through France.

Arrived in the dark and it was raining so a clearer sign showing Hotel entrance would be helpful.

Easy check in, good location. We were a group of three touring on motorbikes, so the secure car park was excellent. There was a couple of decent bars/restaurants in easy waking distance and good breakfast is available.

Odd bathroom set up.

Functional and perfect for overnight stay when travelling. Good value breakfast. Restaurants in walking distance. Close to main road , supermarket and petrol station. Car park closed with gate overnight for security.

Bathroom would be better enclosed. No plug for sink. No soap for sink area. No access to hot drinks except at breakfast. On retail park area which may not suit some guests.

We needed a place to stay on way from South of France to Tunnel. Was pleasantly surprised at BnB, comfortable, staff were very helpful and accommodation provided us with a clean environment and comfortable bed.

had all we needed for our stay , comfortable bed , quiet , plenty of parking , lovely restaurant opposite , good breakfast . staff were very good .

No kettle in the room. missed that , but the staff made me coffee.

Happy that dogs accepted. We were given a handicapped room because we are less able. Very helpful for us. Best stay we have had at this hotel. Also fridge had been defrosted so we could put food & freezer blocks in it.
