B&B Hôtel Castres Centre Gambetta

Parking was easy and free for our stay. The room was spacious, very clean and quiet. It was remarkable value for money. The location was great for exploring the town and easy to drive to from Toulouse. The receptionist was very helpful

Given the price, the fact that breakfast was included was remarkable. However we restricted ourselves to the bread/jam side as the cooked food looked less appealing. Asd with most hotels abroad, if you are a tea drinker-it pays to come equipped with your own tea bags!

Ideal location close to train station and city centre but quiet area.

As a pilgrim walker I was disgusted to find that the "pilgrim discount" was not advertised on Booking.com and as I paid through Booking I was not entitled to the reduction. I find this disgraceful. I learned of the discount through a pilgrimage guide and the hotel confirmed its existence and still refused to honour it!

The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. The rooms are very basic but the beds are quite comfortable and our room was spacious. It was very quiet and we slept well. Breakfast was the least expensive of our trip yet was very good. Nice fresh breads and croissant, good coffee, scrambled eggs and bacon and attention to keeping things warm and refreshed. Good location within easy walking distance of several good restaurants and Jean Jaurès Plaza. Very good value!

Stephanie was a star: excellent support and efforts outside of her normal working hours. Breakfast had a lot of extra touches, with special breads, yoghurts, teas, jams and butters that I have never had in comparable hotels like Ibis, Campanile etc. Location is central and quiet

We have stayed at several B&B hotels and this one did not disappoint. Excellent location to walk in to town. Usual good breakfast, help yourself. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the bed was large and comfortable. No parking on site but there are car parks around. We parked for free in a side street.

We love this place! They have accommodated to our special needs and have shown us every courtesy. The rooms are comfortable and the location perfect. The staff is superb. We thank them for their exceptional attention and we'll return soon.

Great value. Just passing through Castres and only needed a place for the night. The hotel was modern with great facilities and we were impressed and would stay here again. Really clean and the bed was comfortable

Excellent location, easy walking distance to centre. Rooms basic but clean & comfortable. Good buffet breakfast
