Suite Home Briancon Serre Chevalier

The room was cleaned daily. Very good location. Pool and sauna were a great add-on. No in-house restaurant, but very good option accross the street. Fresh pastry and supermarket equally in proximity. Free bus shuttle to the ski lift.

Room was relatively small for a family of 4. The 2 beds for kids were squeezed on the entrance corridor, against the bathroom door. Everytime someone used the bath, the light would come straight in the face of the person using the bed. Not much space left for luggages (which in winter are bigger in size).

Great location! just a few minutes away from the ski-lift and ski equipment shops where we rented our skis. Nice facilities, especially for the price, which was similar to places without these facilities. The staff were really pleasant (which is awesome considering we were in france). There were no issues with noise or anything like that.

There was a bit of a faff getting a room with a double bed and eventually we were upgraded to a suite, but honestly the basic room are much nicer. The suite had the decor of student accommodation.

It was really well placed and close to amenities, happy it was a great large parking, the pool and sauna was just fantastic. breakfast really consistent and bar and reception staff just fantastic. thank you

I wish staff speaking better English

The communal facilities were good allowing our group to all meet in the bar. The staff were very good and very helpful, breakfast was fine and the room was well equipped with a good size en-suite bathroom. The room had a balcony and the distant views were beautiful. There was a very good Italian restaurant a few minutes walk away.

The communal areas were on a number of levels which was a little confusing at first (but we were only there one night) and accessing the car park was not straight forward.

Just before arriving at Briançon my car broke down. The ladies at the reception did everything to help me during my stay. Staying 1 night longer was not a problem, calling a 'depanneur' to bring my car to the garage, no problem. Calling a local taxi company to let them bring me to Grenoble, no problem. (they even got me a discount for the taxi). So hats off to them.

The room itself was a bit outdated and could do with some refurbishment.

The hotel itself is comfortable and clean. The rooms are spacious and the bed comfortable. The location is a little outside the main center of Briancon, however it is within walking distance and its a beautiful location. The staff were very helpful and the parking outside the hotel was easily accessible and could fit a transit van and trailer.

It was a shame the sauna wasn't open in the morning. Opening hours were 3 - 9pm. The breakfast is not worth 12 euros. The buffet was OK but not worth that amount.

It's a great location. Nice hotel, helpful and friendly staff. Small room,but comfortable,warm and clean. Good breakfast. There is a pool and a sauna we're we've been every evening.

Bathroom exhaust fan did not work We had hot weather and the rooms were hot as there is no AC or fans Property would be better if each room had a fridge

it was charming, conveniently, located plane, larger than expected. The new director went above and beyond to help us when we were not able to turn on the cooktop .

in the gym area,dumbbells are much needed!

Great location for shops and restaurants. Easy short stroll into centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool/spa area. Excellent breakfast.
