Staff are 5 star. Very helpful, kind. Room has air conditioning and heating. Excellent location, near to old port, seafront, market, squares, railway.

Excellent, comfortable hotel right in the middle of everything, but still quiet!

Nothing. However, it is a little difficult to find. So I suggest they say just off (name of road that runs past front of hotel) as it is well known, and on the map

I loved everything about this property - the location is perfect, walking distance to everywhere ! Outstanding and very professional staff with big hearts. Ms Lada & Mr Paul from the reception were very helpful, friendly and kind. I didn’t want to leave. Room was little small but very cozy, clean and had everything you need. View was beautiful! hotel lobby is well designed and on the hotel terrace you will def enjoy some yummy croissants & coffee. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, staff, cleanliness, comfort and services.

Greeted outside on arrival from taxi. Staff were exceptional. I planned to go to Nice by ferry the following day. The young lady in reception downloaded the app.for me ,and organised the entire booking on my phone. I was very grateful as they no longer allow passengers to buy tickets at the counter. The room was small,which I knew when booking,however there was a desk and chair. Bed super comfortable. There is a City Square just behind the hotel with great choices of restaurants.

The room was the only one with a balcony overlooking the sea. We were so pleased that we were able to access the room very early in the morning as we had just arrived by ferry.

A fridge in the room would have been helpful

Hard to get any closer to the ferry terminal without camping out at it! Very convenient for exploring Bastia too. The bed was very comfortable.

The pictures on booking.com suggested we would have a room with a balcony and view. This was not the case. The room was adequate for our needs, and had we not had slightly different expectations it would not have been a problem.

Paul at reception was the friendliest guy, helpful With information where to visit, always a smile behind the desk. Moved us from our original room due to many problems with it.

The first room we were in should not be rented out. The air-con is as loud as a truck, the lamp didn’t work and the bathroom door doesn’t shut, no privacy. Not acceptable

The hotel is located near the sea, next to the old port. The staff is very polite, always ready to help. The beach is 20 minutes walk. Everything was clean, the room was cleaned every day. Really like that!

Lovely clean & simple rooms, friendly staff & Walking distance to ferry port.

There was a bar across the road that was blasting music out till the early hours but obviously out of the hotels control.

Very friendly staff and helpful! We arrived late and had to take the ferry early next morning. Room was very good!

Initially a little harder to find parking-we arrived late at night but we managed and between 08 pm til 08 am it is free, which is great
