ibis budget Auxerre Centre

This hotel is just across the bridge, and so a short walk, from Old Town. As the name suggests it is a budget hotel but it is very clean and comfortable. There are no room amenities beside air con & TV but the bed is comfy and the bathroom good. Breakfast is simple and consisted of bread, pastries, fruit, coffee/tea/juice etc. all of which were excellent. It is easy walking distance from the station. For the price it’s great value!

Fantastic location in the centre of Auxerre with easy free parking. Lovely clean, fresh-looking room, and an excellent bathroom. Very friendly staff, and a really good value breakfast. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel for an overnight stop.

Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would be an improvement, although there was a machine in reception.

Location was spectacular. Views from our room were amazing. Bathroom was very well appointed. Beds comfortable and all ea s clean and thoughtful. Excellent pricing. Will come back for a longer stay.

Colour scheme in room was garish. Would have appreciated a few English tv channels. It is very hard to fault this hotel, and I have broadcast this on Facebook !

It was run efficiently by the staff and the breakfast was good as expected.The location was excellent and we secured parking in the car park which was a bonus. No complaints apart from NO Decaf Coffee for breakfast!!

All good apart for being out of decaf coffee. It should be an option from the coffee machine.

Ibis is a budget hotel, but that's fine with us, all we need is a clean, comfortable hotel bedroom, and everything else was a bonus

As advertised, this hotel is easy walking distance to the town across a park and pedestrian bridge over the river. The breakfast was good especially for the price. The room had climate control, much needed as the temperature was in the 30's!! Everything nice and clean

There is very limited parking at the hotel itself, but street parking was easy within a 100 metres at most and all free.

Centre of town with parking, easy to navigate to. Location is right on the river and opposite the old medieval town of Auxerre, a 5 minute walk away.

The room we had was functional but quite small with minimal hanging space for clothes. OK for 1-2 nights but maybe not for longer stays.

Very convenient place to stay overnight. Staff were very friendly and the rooms were spotless. Great value for money.

A kettle in the room would have been nice but I understand this is a budget hotel which is reflected in the price.

Good price for 2 nights, welcoming staff, excellent location to see the old town of Auxerre. Room very comfortable, nice view from window Breakfast buffet had all necessities..

Everything was good.

The location and the view was superb. The staff were incredably helpful and the breakfasts were very good indeed. we had to extend our stay due to unforseen reasons and the staff were very very helpful with our extended stay. Bravo, and thanks again. Would gladly return any time.
