We had the Chambre Double, Vue Jardin. The room is very tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. On one side, the street is very quiet. On the other side, the garden is even quieter, and ensure a total silence during the night. The bed is massive and extremely comfortable. The bathroom is beautiful and vast. There is a generous amount of coffee doses and a great coffee machine. Perfect to cheer up after a long journey or to start the day.

My fault partially: I didn't check my last confirmation email that is supposed to contain the entry code to the building and the room. Unfortunately, the code was not present in the email and the building was not manned so had a bit of a scare waiting for somebody to answer us on the phone/email but we eventually got a new code a dozen of minutes later. Thanks for the breakfast basket in the morning! Nice gesture! (Improvement suggestion: explain in large letters in the emails how the checkin process is working and how the breakfast is served)

Very clean and comfortable after a long drive. No stressful check in, just let’s yourself in! The breakfast in the morning delivered to the door was excellent, probably the best croissant I’ve eaten and it was still warm! Asked for additional bedding for the extra sofa bed and it was provided very quickly. Excellent service and all by text. Secure parking. Quiet town, short drive to Arras Centre with all the amenities you’d expect there.

The service from Anais was fantastic, after a mistake on my part with the booking she helped to resolve the situation at very late notice with no fuss at all. The rooms were beautiful, entry method with keypad perfect, secure parking, lovely breakfast and overall far better that we expected. The location worked very well too as it was just a short distance from the highway for our drive from Calais to Paris, i wouldn't hesitate to stay again and furthermore recommend to friends and family

Beautiful house with modern rooms (well decorated) and large parking area. The house is located at walking distance from the Best Western so it is very convenient if you are several friends/colleagues. The self check-in was very smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend this property either for business purpose or leisure.

Everything is great and nothing I didn't like. Travelling from abroad, I wished the check-in was a a bit earlier but the owners made it convenient and let me drop my bags earlier than planned.

Excellent bed and room. Good for a one night stay.

Not sure where the restaurant was - info said 500 metres way, but not which way. Used Best Western restaurant instead. Was not allowed to recharge my electric car at Best Western which was a shame despite only one of their chargers being used- perhaps you might think of coming to some arrangement with them.

The security. The comfort of the beds. Excellent amenities from toiletries to beverages. Great hairdryer. Great location. We like the privacy of checking ourselves in and the easiness of the process.

The outside area could maybe fo with cleaning as we do take a picnic to eat while we are here. .

Nicely finished, great size room. Bathroom and bath we're beautiful. Bed very comfortable. Great parking facilities, felt safe and secure at property. Good outdoor space , used for breakfast. Easy to book last minute

Limited coffee , only 1 x non decaf No milk. Carpet was highly stained Poor shower pressure Booking.com number provided was incorrect and went to the restaurant who could not help

Great contactless checkin process with door codes. Mugs and cutlery was available in room.

Limited parking with other people not always parking properly and blocking spaces. Had to get a bit creative with parking. The room door was difficult to close when leaving the room as the handle on the front of the door was broken off. The shower tray did not feel very well supported and we thought it was going to break when we were standing on it.

Small but beautifully decorated room. I struggled with the access code to enter the property, but the host re-sent the codes right away. Lovely little breakfast left at your door in the morning.

We needed an iron during out stay, but there isn't one stored in the room. We contacted the host and one was left at the door the following morning so our issue was resolved.

The accommodation was great, easy to find, spacious, clean and comfortable.

We went there specifically to play the golf course. Unfortunately the golf course was very disappointing and just not well maintained.
