B&B HOTEL Arras Centre Les Places

Right in the heart of Arras A few steps from Grande Place and Place des Heros. Staff were very welcoming Like all B&B Hotels I have stayed in , it was clean, practical and comfortable. Bathroom small but well laid out, Power shower was good. Bed fresh and comfortable Nice lounge area by reception. Very bright and modern with charging points and drinks machine with free tea ,infusions and coffee Hotel is very convenient for sightseeing and walking in Arras town centre. Parking nearby in the main square. There is also a large park and ride carpark about 10 minutes walk away. There is a free electric bus into town from there. We were lucky and got a parking space in Place Ipswich ( near the British red telephone box!)

Room was fine but a bit small with just enough space to walk around the beds( we had a twin room). Great for 1 or 2 nights,,but probably too small for a longer stay

Excellent location - a short walk from.the railway station and on a street just off from La Place des Héros at La Grande Place. Hotel is in the process of being refurbished - I wasn't disturbed during my stay and think it will benefit, as the rooms are a little dated. Despite its central location, the street itself is quiet. The staff were helpful and friendly - I could store my luggage after an early arrival, which was great. Breakfast had a good selection and was available from 6.30 am for a few hours, which meant I could get out for a run before breakfast and still be in time for opening hours of museums or taking a train to explore the area. Would definitely recommend the hotel, and Arras, as a base for exploring locally.

Nothing - the refurbishment should bring the rooms up to date but the room as it is was clean and comfy, and the hotel good value for money.

Staff were really helpful and told us about the air conditioning not working so that we could cancel without any cost if we chose to. They offered us a lovely modern electric fan and as much bottled water as we'd like during our stay. Our room was actually fairly cool, but the fan was great too. Breakfast was quite good with a reasonable selection. The best part of this hotel is its location right next to Grand Place. We parked our motorbikes right up next to the hotel window and they were safe.

In need of a little update, but still very clean and comfortable.

The hotel is very well situated for all the main area for restaurants and bars. The main square is literally 25m away. The hotel itself was perfectly satisfactory. The room was perhaps a little dated, but it was very clean and everything worked. The breakfast was only €10.00 and there was plenty of choice. Overall, bearing in mind the excellent price that I paid, I felt I got very good value for money. I would definitely stay there again.

The wasn't anything that I really disliked. The room was maybe a little bit dated, but that's all. It was perfectly acceptable

The location is a great plus, within walking distance to the Grand Place andd nearby restaurants and shops.

The parking arrangement: there is no private parking; it was a struggle to find a parking spot within walking distance of the hotel, and then having to schedule your time so you don’t forget about paying some more to extend your stay.

In the very heart of Arras, close to the main square. Welcoming staff, friendly and professional. The room was on the third floor and there is an elevator. The bed was comfortable, the room a bit small but sufficient. The shower over the bath did not have a lot of pressure, but there was good hot water. There were no facilities for making hot drinks in the room but there was a coffee dispenser in the lobby and the coffee was very good.

Cost, location and clean and tidy.

The Bacon and Sausages at Breakfast were not cooked properly. The staff just microwaved the English breakfast option. It needs to be cooked properly. Otherwise breakfast was ok. We stayed in a B&B hotel in Charters and they had cooked the English breakfast option much better.

The hotel is perfectly situated between Arras's two main squares, close to restaurants, shops, cafes and bars. Its just off the square, but far enough away to not to be too noisy at night. The Grand Palace square has a reasonably priced underground car park which is only a 2 minute walk from the hotel and you can park for several days at a time. This is a budget choice for a hotel, but really exceeds many budget hotels I've stayed in.

A fantastic hotel, very well placed and with parking available in Grand Place. I asked for quiet room and got one the hotel communicating beforehand. Would stay here again if room available Very pleased Thank you.
