Good location right by the bus station, ok for the railway and not too far from the town centre. Friendly staff. Ok breakfast in the attached café. Decent shutters and curtains (unusual for Scandinavia!) Decent enough value for the town.

Extremely noisy fridge in the room. Noisy fan nearby too. Better positioned power sockets near the bed would have been welcome.

Location is just spot on if you’re taking a bus as it’s right by the bus station. And then everything in Turku is at walking distance. Single room was quite big. Very friendly staff. No 24h reception but as long as you have your key, I had no problems getting in late at night.

The towels need a refresh, they were falling apart Breakfast is ok, but the restaurant area is a bit small to handle all the guests so if you’re unlucky you might have to wait to get a table to get breakfast...

I liked the attention to energy conservation.- lights in hallways that turn on when someone is there and off when the hall is empty. I really appreciated the heated floor in the washroom. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location is really great for bus travelers. The bus station is right to the side of the hotel. Very clean,nice breakfast. Highly recommend especially for a solo traveler.

The only thing slight difficult was realizing the entrance to reception is from the parking lot on the side where the bus stationis and not from the street. There is signage, I just got confused.

Great location next to the bus station. Walking distance from town and there are also buses from bus station. If you are catching the airport bus to Helsinki it stops outside the breakfast cafe. Clean room with effective aircon, which was needed in June. Free coffee machine.

There wasn't much to not like. No 24-hour reception, but a good entry system. Could be closer to the sights, but well situated for Kauppatori

The hotel is located very nicely just next to the bus station, and the train station is also less than 10 minutes' walk away. All main attractions of Turku are within walking distance.. Despite the location, the hotel was quiet. The room was no-frills but nice and clean, and the bed was comfy. Staff were very helpful and polite, and the breakfast was good for the price. It is a very solid choice for someone looking for value for money!

The reception works shorter hours - if you arrive later in the evening be prepared to pick up your keys from the nearby petrol station.

The whole hotel smells so clean like a spring rain and there was not a single trace of dust or anything else. The room was plain but comfy and the bathroom was so clean and warm, I could've stayed in the shower forever. The adjacent cafe was so cozy too. The building is alao very pretty in my opinion.

The fridge made some noise. I guess I could've unlugged it though. There didn't seem to be much of a lounge area, but I liked staying in the room anyway.

Hotel is ok located, walking distance from station, city center and right next to bus stop to Naantali. Breakfast was included and quite good, various, salt and sweet, warm and cold, possible to be full and delicious. Cafe with panoramic windows. Lady on reception was nice and smily, checked-in earlier as room was ready. Room is clean, fresh. There is elevator if you need. So it was a nice short stay, nothing more required.

It was a little cold at the beginning ( per finnish norms +17) and slOwly heating up via conditioning. So if you dont like cold, turn heating when arrive. No double rooms

Arriving by bus from Helsinki Airport we couldn’t have been nearer to the hotel. Walking to the town market square was also very easy and nearby. Breakfast - a lot of choice to suit all tastes. Very good.

Possibly tea and coffee making facility in bedroom for that cup,of tea that helps English people get going in the morning would be an improvement.

The room was absolutely proper and clean. The breakfast was delicious and all-you-can-eat. There is also free coffee and tea available 7/24.

The window cannot be opened to get some fresh air. Although it felt a bit cold and the air conditioner blew cool air in, there was no possibility to heat the room.
