Fabulous location - in easy reach of Nyhavn and tourist ttractions and not far from the central shopping area. The room was lovely and had everything we needed. The bathroom was gorgeous - great shower! Our room faced the front of the hotel but we found it relaxing and quiet and were not disturbed by any street noise. The entrance oozed style and elegance and the displays ere gorgeous. We loved the characterful corridors too. We enjoyed the bar area even though we were not able to order the drinks we wanted (GinGin Mule) except on one of our 4 evenings. The Reception staff were young and dynamic and nothing was too much trouble - I was even able to book a massage treatment even when the Spa was fully booked. Many thanks to June for this!

The room was not replenished after housekeeping. We had to ask for complimentary tea/ coffee etc. every day. The cleaning also lacked attention to detail - blue cleaning gloves left in the bathroom/ bins not emptied. However, this only happened on one of the days. We enjoyed the bar area but we were disappointed that the cocktail menu was limited because the hotel did not have the correct ingredients to make the cocktails on the menu. This went on throughout our stay except for the first night, which was very disappointing. This was a shame as we would have spent much more time here.

Excellent location overlooking the water, very short walk to Nyhavn. Not to far to walk to shops and other transport. Room has enough space to fit a crib and luggage without feeling too cramped. Split duvet and bedding was comfortable and clean.

AC / air conditioning unable to keep room cool when it’s barely warm (not hot) outside - 25C/77F. Chatting with staff, they acknowledged that the lowest temperature and highest fan setting is barely a whisper of cool air out of the unit. Keeping outside door open at night to try and cool room was the only option. FYI - our room had a very large pillar and beam right between bed and bathroom - it’s beautiful but you have to remember to duck to walk around it.

Excellent location!! Rooms were well furnished/equipped despite being small (hotel felt as if they got it recently renovated). Overall we had a very comfy stay. Parking in Copenhagen can be quite difficult and expensive, but there are ~ 20 parking spots separated for the hotel (all of course paid for and can’t be reserved, but still a “plus” considering other hotels).

Staff could definitely be more friendly and helpful. We asked for parking instructions twice and they were not keen on explaining the details and best option to choose in terms of parking. They’re the definition of “blasé”. Another example - we realized that the bed sheets had small stains (sth not acceptable for a hotel in this price range) and they replaced it for another was ripped in one of the corners…

Location of the hotel is more then perfect for most of the things needed to see in Copenhagen. You can easily reach most of important directions for tourists either by foot or using bicycle rent (including, but not limited to Bolt or other services). A lot of restaurants are around or you can use hotel facilities for food and drink.

We faced quite strange attitude during the housekeeping of the room. It was the first time ever, when towels, which were intentionally left on the floor for change - were put on the bed, even not in bathroom. In addition, we have taken some drinks from lobby bar to the room and empty glasses were left unclean after the housekeeping was done. In addition, taking into account the price of the hotel and the fact, that the room was booked for two people - just one set of washing liquids was presented and after housekeeping nothing additional was left or changed.

Everything was better than expected... from the allowed 10AM check-in, a perfect central CPH dockside location just across from the Opera House, to updated renovations/decorations... even the bar-food was exceptional! The patio/Quay areas were a surprise with lots going on... we really enjoyed our 2hr. tour with 'Hey Captain' tours, a fun escape from typical boat rides. We left after 2-nites wishing we'd reserved a few more days!

Almost nothing... perhaps could use more English TV channels and a fitness facility would be nice addition.

The location was phenomenal. The interiors were stylish and modern with ample storage and well considered details. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room (a “deluxe loft”) was a bit cramped with the fold out sofa open for our son. It worked but it definitely felt like trying to squeeze three people into a room intended for two. It was a bit hot in the room, on the top floor, and we couldn’t get the AC to work. But opening the window and skylights at night cooled things off well. These issues were minor though as we didn’t spend much time in the room and we’re out exploring each day instead.

Excellent restaurant, courteous staff (in general), very good breakfast with some variation every day. (The coffee is served in a thermos and was "American" coffee. I didn't try an espresso.) We did our sight-seeing on foot, the location was great for what we were doing (eg design museum, theatre, restaurants...). The rooms were very good quality, not luxurious; the bathroom (with a shower) was clean and smart. I stayed in the room with a view of the waterfront, my son had a city view (cheaper room), which was also very pleasant.

The bar could have been designed better. The long layout made it impersonal and without any atmosphere

Excellent location. Mostly very good staff, though we found the whole Bistro/terrace difficult to understand. We had booked the Bistro for our 2nd night & we wanted to eat out on the terrace. We were told we couldnt do that! As it was a lovely evening we cancelled the booking. Also reception was always busy & took time to deal with. (Its a big hotel though). Special mention to the lady on reception who came to our aid when we got trapped in the lift. She was very speedy in her rescue & concern! Its an old & characterful property. We enjoyed our stay & would return.

The Bistro in the Lobby. Longish wait to get checked in when we arrived.

Location along the waterfront was great, beautiful views from our window but not too close to Nyhavn where it was noisy. The interior of the room was modern while retaining the structure of the building. Reasonably sized room, the space between the bed and the wall was a little tight but other that that it was fine. The bed was very comfortable, and the curtains were fully black-out curtains (important over summer) All amenities were provided for, except room slippers

There was a concert at the waterfront on the nights we were there till midnight which was a bit loud, not the fault of the hotel at all though

the room was really warm and cozy, under the roof like a loft. the view to the opera and the sea was extraordinary and the location was the best of all. we would like to return back soon.

unfortunately the first day we had a bad experience with a fire incident in the kitchen. when the fire alarm started we came out of the room and there was no one there to inform us or give us instructions for the right direction to evacuate the building. in case of emergency with kids or elderly people we would like to have a better information or help. although the stuff downstairs was very kind and explained us everything after all. nothing bad happened and everything get back to normal really fast. the rest of the trip was super!
