Hotel White Lion

Breakfasts were delicious. Variety of meals, both normal and vegetarian. Parking was small (only for few cars) there is a need of reservation before arrival. I've done that , so haven't got any problems. Hotel is located near tram stop. Additionally in near distance there are: food market, restaurants (chineese, italian and most imporatntly Chech restaurant "U Houldka" where you can eat traditional meal and drink beer for a reasonable price).

TV was not connected to the internet, so if you would like to watch some streaming apps you should at least take a laptop with you.

Everything was perfect from the staff, the room, the breakfast, the cleanliness. We had to check out early on our last day so we asked if we could have breakfast earlier. The receptionist was so nice to prepare us our breakfast the night before which each of us has a packed breakfast of 2 sandwiches, breads, marmelade, nutella, water and 3 kinds of fruits. The service was exceptional. The rooms we’re in a minimal modern design and is very clean, they even changed our towels after a day. There we’re teas and coffee for free in the room, a kettle, mini fridge, 2 closets and 2 vanity. The location was also really nice, a few mins away from the public transpo. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Very friendly stuff, the girls recommended us so nice places to visit/to eat, we were very grateful. Hotel in very good place, 15/20mins to city center. Room-clean, nice street views from the windows, good sound isolation, comfortable shower. Truly recomend!

There was difficult to find parking place, but hotel staff recommended us to leave car in other hotels (their partners) parking, wich cost us 17€/day

Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Professional staff. Good location got a mini market nearby, shops & restaurants in walking distance. Housekeeping was done daily. Clean towels. Good brand of toiletries. Mini lift available in the hotel. Good heating system. All in all it’s very good place to stay and worth the money.

Breakfast could have been better & also it would ideal to have all the food items to be named rather than we make a wild guess. Sound proof for the rooms wasn’t up to mark.

The hotel staff was very welcoming, polite and helpful. Breakfast was really good. Hotel is very beautiful and clean. We kept our luggage after check out to explore the city all day and got it back before evening as the staff leaves. We informed hotel staff with a message for late night check in and they arranged a smooth check in. Lift is available. Wifi is good. Bus station is close to the hotel just 2-3 mins walk. Tram station is 1 km away so need to walk a bit. Prague main station is close from back gate of station around 1.5-2.0 kms. The best part was the one day train tickets were available at the hotel and we can pay in Euro as well. Some eateries are available and few clubs are there around the hotel. Lidl and Rossmann are near tram station.

Only thing was travelling to the old Town and city centre which us little bit far. Hotel is nice to stay quietly but gotta travel more to reach to old Town and famous tourist attractions. We even got lost in few trains and buses and couldn't walk back because the steep is high to get back to hotel so going down is fine but climbing back will be tiring.

A hotel with kind of small rooms, in a quiet area of Prague. Very clean rooms, very, very polite and helpful staff. The breakfast is really good, wi-fi very good. Tram and bus are close, you can reach city center on foot, too, approx. 2 km. But you'd rather use public transportation, you have a lot to walk around, no use to get there already tired. Restaurants and markets in the area, way cheaper than those in the old town. Looking at the prices versus what the hotel offers, is one of the best places to stay in Prague.

As I said, four stars hotel, but Prague style. If you walk all day long and sleep at night like a log is ok, otherwise the room is rather small for a four star hotel. It is not unusual in Prague, you will see a lot of places rated four stars which seem to be like three star. And no AC. A big fan moves the air, ok for normal days in Prague. But the summer days are not normal anymore.

The location is really nice, quite place. public transport is 5 min walking distance. Stuff was really friendly. Good breakfast. Very comfortable bed and big bathroom.

The carpets in room is not clean. i would suggest to make some general cleaning for carpets as there are a lot of stains. it was a bit uncomfortable as I don't know will my feet get dirty or not. Maybe in this case hotel could offer slippers.

Breakfast was awesome! There's a ton of options and the food is extremely tasty. Staff was friendly and welcoming! Parking was easy to book.

The sounds from outside were a bit louder than I'd like. There was construction right below the window. Parking was a bit tough to enter and leave, but not impossible. It's narrow.

The bed was very spacious and comfortable. I really liked that the room was equipped with a small refrigerator so that you could store refreshments and food. The staff was polite and professional and we had no trouble. Also the feta cheese at breakfast was excellent!

The elevator was a bit small. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special. For example the sweets could be better quality. The location was ok, but you do need to get a bus or tram to go to the city center.

Parking is a disaster in Prague, all relatively central parking lots are very expensive; the hotel provides really cheap parking, we didn't do enough research and didn't use the hotel parking, which turned out to be a mistake
