Courtyard by Marriott Prague City

Breakfast is OK...with varieties of selection..The location is just a few meters away from the nice shopping mall..ATRIUM FLORA..where the METRO station FLORA is located and the city train and busses. Personel in the hotel are friendly and all smiles..Thanks ..see you sometime...

The hotel is nice, clean, the staff is friendly and the TV shows you the price per night as nights pass. It's also a modern TV which is rare in Prague. The room is big enough and there's even a couch on which you can sit.

I guess the only thing that could be better is the fact that the internet (the free one) is only 5 mbps. If you want better speeds, you need to pay an unjustified amount of money per day. Since the 5G signal is good, I didn't bother with their internet so I could not attest to the fact that it was actually 5 mbps, or less.

Got all the basics spot on. Location is excellent - next to Flora metro stop and four stops into the Old Town. Great value for moneyRoom was well appointed including tea and coffee, well heated and cleaned well every day. The breakfast was great with a mix of fresh fruits, cereals and warm food. Staff were helpful and polite

The free WiFi was slow. Faster WiFi was available but has to be purchased

The hotel is conveniently located in terms of reaching key places in the city. Its proximity to Atrium Flora mall is also super helpful. After an entire day of sight-seeing, we would return to a clean room, which was also nice. In short, the above reasons made it stress-free.

The extremely slow bathtub water drainage in room 323 (which we complained about without success).

Courtyard By Marriott Prague City is very well connected with the Metro A lane. It is close to the Prague Main railway station - we can travel both by Train and the Tram. Right opposite is the Atrium Flora mall, a good place for shopping with movie theaters. Metro A lane goes directly to the old town and other curios places in to the town, which is a great connectivity from the hotel. The staff were excellent, friendly in every way possible. The rooms were clean. For a family of 3, I got a very comfortable room for the stay. The trip was excellent with stay in the hotel. The breakfast was very good, in fact we got pan cake for the kid & cappuccino served at the table.

Nothing to be precise as we had a great experience with the hotel. The breakfast menu can be increased a bit, it's not that the current menu is bad but still.

Room is large enough, clean and pretty comfy. Staff is very helpful. Overall interiors it give a nice and good impression.I liked it despite some drawbacks. Breakfast has a very good coffee.

Room clima controls working but without much impact, eg. rising temp knob didn't raise the room temp as expected and room stays like same cold-ish no matter of fan speed set. Bathroom heating not having much impact overall and only hot water really make you feel warmed. Breakfast was enough but somehow limited in options and not all options being refilled, leaving the impression of scarcity.

Good hotel. Close to shoppingmall with acces to subway. Only 2 stops to old town. Breakfast was very good. Rooms basic but clean. Same as all Courtyard hotels. Restaurant next to the hotel. Parking convenient in the hotelparking (25 euro/day)

Waterpressure in the shower was too low. Bit far from the highway. But rest was all fine.

The hotel is close to the metro and tram station (both of which are excellent in Prague), allowing quick access to all parts of the city. In the area of ​​the hotel there are many local restaurants and pubs, preferring the commercial restaurants in the city center. Those who come for a trip can definitely consider staying in this hotel over the expensive hotels in the center. The advantage is significantly cheaper price and the disadvantage of course the distance from the city center. Opposite the hotel is a relatively small 'Flora' mall compared to the large malls located all over Prague and very easy to get around (similar to the Ramat Aviv mall, well, it was also established by Lev Leviev ...). The rooms at the hotel are spacious, clean and soak up a pleasant atmosphere. The shower is basic and a bit disappointing relative to the hotel itself, but clean and lacks nothing.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and quick, the room was great, we loved the breakfast.

That the key card didn't work when my child got locked in the room, we had to call the security guy with a key and the child was sin the room alone for too long because of it, even though the guy came promptly and everyone was nice and very helpful about it. I would appreciate there being a quicker solution to this big problem.

Great location, close to Flora subway stop and shopping center. Room was quiet, clean and large enough, huge TV. Friendly staff. Parking was 300 Czech crown/day in the underground garage.

We paid in cash when we arrived, but two days after the payment the hotel locked 9000 CZK on my account.. It's a very unfriendly step. I am waiting for the unlock.... It's worth paying attention to!
