Maistra City Vibes Hotel International

Very friendly staff upon arrival and later. Comfortable room with all amenities. Good location, not far from the city center. A few minutes by taxi and less than 30 min walk. The parking house is around the corner and accessible from the hotel lobby. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices for everyone.

The location is great. Close enough to get into town but a little out of the hustle and bussle with rush hour traffic. Breakfast was great with a great variety of food options. The room I had was comfortable and clean. There was a welcome note with a snack of cake and fruit which was a lovely touch. The staff were all pleasant and friendly; from Marko who checked me in, one of the breakfast staff (Nepalese I think but I didn't get his name unfortunately) on my first morning and Milka and the other breakfast staff who were so lovely and warm.

It would have been nice to have some more traditional Croatian cuisine in the restaurant too but that's me being picky.

The staff are friendly, welcoming and v helpful. We arrived v early (0930) to bag drop and the staff were very obliging. The reception staff were great, breakfast staff friendly and attentive and the cleaners prepped the room with enough towels & toiletries for the family that we are (often they get missed at other hotels etc). Easy to get around with Uber to airport/city/arena mall. We only stayed 1 night before flying out but it was a good stay and would recommend to others.

There was some work going on with a bit of drill noise from 8am. AC in one room required some maintenance but nothing major.

The breakfast was plenty and great. The staff were helpful, we were allowed to keep our luggage in the hotel for a couple of hours after checking out. The city centre is about 20 minutes of walk from the hotel, but public transport is available.

Just some minor inconveniences: the window handle in the room didn't work well and the tap was hard to reach because of the shelf above it. Despite the "Good Vibes" brand name, the hotel seems more suited for business trips as it exudes a more professional look. But these are minor problems, I would still recommend the hotel.

Everything! We were accommodated in one of the newly renovated rooms and we were delighted! We would especially like to praise the staff who are helpful, approachable and above all - kind! What has always fascinated us in this hotel is the bedding. The beds are very comfortable, and the bedding is very, very comfortable. . We have ordered room service several times and again (we regularly visit this facility) we were delighted with the speed and incredible service. We will come again!

Breakfast was reasonably priced and very good: wide arrange of both local specialties and foreign things (like an english breakfast). Staff spoke excellent English and were really helpfull. Really clean and fast housekeepers.

The sauna was broken, which we only knew when checking in. Construction and renovation works were mentioned beforehand, and were fine. Little disturbing at times, but we were aware that these renovations were ongoing.

Location was good for me (close to university campus), but for a tourist visit I can imagine nicer surroundings and closer to the city center. Breakfast was great, staff was friendly and helpful, room was spatious.

The room service were a bit too eager and removed bottles from my desk that I did not throw (and did not want to throw) to the waste bin: both their complimentary water (which I did not finish) and my own empty bottles (which I wanted to keep and reuse).

Specious rooms, cleaned on a daily basis. Good wi-fi allowing to work properly, with no disruptions. Although not in the city center, it was a nice walk there. Breakfast was good, and there was dinner service, too. Food was tasty, but in the case of a longer stay, considering some more variations for breakfast would be good.

Air-conditioning didn't work, so it was a bit hot during the night.

The stay at Hotel Internacional was very pleasant. The rooms are extremely clean, the furniture is new, the staff is friendly and smiling. The selection of food for breakfast is excellent. I especially liked the fact that we were greeted in the room with cookies, coffee, tea and water. The distance from the city center is a 20-minute walk. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel does not have its own garage. A public garage is available for an additional fee.

The hotel has a good location for my needs, and is ok as furnishing goes, you have all you need. The parking is convenient, you have a passage way to the hotel. The staff was there for all enquiries and requests.

The room needs a bit of touch up, some paint here some rust there, all considering for the price was ok. Even though the reception staff and room service where great, at the café there is room for improvement.
