Hotel Supetar

Prior to arrival and from entry to hotel team communication was excellent. This hotel is a gem in this region considering location, hotel accommodation, numerous terrace bar, cafe locations, quality of service and outstanding food provided on site.

No possibility to park on site...... But amazing staff arranged car parking and pick up drop offs at sister hotel 10 minute walk away

An amazing boutique hotel with the most wonderful staff. The level of service from Davor and all the staff was exceptional. The cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding with our room matching those standards and it was just wonderful to return to after we had been out in Cavat and the surrounding area. The hotel itself is so peaceful, with staff being attentive and never intrusive. Breakfast was wonderful with an extensive buffet style selection as well as a menu selection of hot dishes. You can have this in the air conditioned restaurant or on the outdoor terrace. We also ate in the hotel restaurant one evening, with both the food and service making it a wonderful experience. The pool area and pool itself is sublime with fresh fruit served regularly, a lovely touch. We cannot speak highly enough of Hotel Supetar and it's staff. We look forward to visiting again!

It was our first visit to Hotel Supetar. It is situated by the Sea with beautiful view of whole Cavtat bay. Hotel’s renovation was complete in 2022 and it is evident that extra attention was paid to accommodate guests needs. It is fully furnished with super quality furniture, rooms are equipped with super comfy beds, well equipped bathroom and noise insulated walla. There is even pillow menu. Staff is super frinedly and helpfull. From receptionist to hotel manager they are all there whenever you need anything. Wife had birthday party during our stay and I can only say it was exepctional. Very big thank you to all staff who made party memorable. Variety of beverages and food quality is above and beyond our expectations. Hotel is equipped with large size swimming pool that overlook garden full of beautifull plants. Cleanliness was impecceable.

Everything was perfect

When you enter the hotel it is like stepping into a mini paradise. The decor of the hotel is beautiful and every detail has been thought of. There is ample outdoor seating and we were always able to find a quiet secluded spot to enjoy our time relaxing. The garden felt magical with the trees and the cute Indian inspired parasols. Everything feels luxurious. The hotel has a small pool which is great for dipping into when you need to cool off and drinks are served to you meaning you can switch off and put your feet up. We stayed in a superior plus room which was beautiful and spacious. There was a pillow menu which was brilliant and meant we slept really well. Everything is new and fresh. Breakfast is al a carte in addition to a buffet. As a breakfast person I was extremely happy with the selection. The eggs Benedict and french toast are particularly delicious options. We tended to eat a light lunch in the garden and dinner was served on the main terrace. The food was great and the setting was lovely with views of the bay. The staff are extremely professional, welcoming and attentive without invading your space. The hotel arranged our airport transfer for us. The hotel is well located for exploring Cavtat and beyond. We will certainly be returning to Hotel Supetar in the future and would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

It is a very cozy boutique hotel in a perfect location in Cavtat village. Amazing people work there, a good isolation in the room, all is really perfect.

I would only notice one thing, but it’s almost for all the hotels. I don’t understand why the hotels of this luxury level don’t have A GOOD IRON. We come with expensive closes and when we need to iron it we get the most cheap an leaking iron which damage these expensive clothes… to buy a good iron or a steamer for guest can evaluate service🙏🏻 but it’s for all the hotels the same problem. Doesn’t matter how much stars, only few hotels really care about iron quality for the guests.

The quality and standard of the hotel was outstanding. The property is modern with lovely interesting art — so beautiful & in a perfect location. The rooms are large, extremely functional & comfortable. On our first day we received a personalised letter from the hotel manager and a few treats. The staff are so friendly, welcoming & accommodating- I really felt like home there. The hotel has a beautiful roof top that I set looks the town - with an array of botanical plants & seating areas. One evening we had dinner on the terrace, which was truly majestic. The food was delicious - true fine dining at its best. The property is central to the little town, minuets away from two supermarkets, bars & several choices to boat trips to Dubrovnik old town, where you have a choice of locations to go to from there (different islands) The hotel is very short distance to the stunning sea for swimming & chilling.

Nothing, I loved everything.

Everything about our stay at Hotel Supetar was next level amazing!! From the food, to the room, to the staff — every detail of every day was wonderful. The grounds and rooms are stylish, functional, luxurious, and all very design forward. The food included local specialities/ingredients and was clearly labeled with allergens which was great for me! The kitchen could customize dishes to accommodate food allergies as well, and every single thing we ate was delicious!! We can’t wait to return one day!

Location excellent. A balcony would be preferable. Food was fantastic at breakfast. Staff very professional and attentive. Little extra touches made it so luxurious and a pleasure to return to. Services were extremely good. Returning next year, already booked

A balcony would be wonderful . Including a dinner once or twice would help, not needed every night though. Sunbeds a little too low for older people to rise from. Some chairs round pool .

The hotel is an oasis of beauty and elegance. From my garden view bedroom, to the restaurant, delightful freshwater pool and many seating areas, the unifying feature is the highest quality design. But this is not the best thing. The greatest asset is the incredible staff. as a single woman of a certain age, I am used to largely being ignored, but at the Supetar, I was treated with great kindness and respect, which took me by surprise. I couldn't fault the hotel in any way. I wish I had been able to stay for longer, so I will definitely be back. Thanks go all the staff, including Dubravka, Stanka, Christjian on reception, Andrej, Barbara and the Maitre D in the restaurant and all other staff whose names I did not catch. Dabor - you and your staff are outstanding.

This hotel is fantastic! Great location and facilities and it has everything for a brilliant holiday. What makes it stand out though is the level of service provided by all the staff. It is clear they are obsessed with striving to exceed their guest’s expectations. Nothing is too much trouble. The reception and restaurant staff are very friendly and extremely professional. The hotel manager, Davor is always available and talks to all the guests ensuring they have everything they need. We will definitely return.
