Hotel Capilla del Mar

- The hotel in general is nice and comfortable - Staff very friendly and helpful - Location is good - Overall cleanliness is good - Breakfast is good

- There is only one issue at this moment. The access to the beach is not comfortable at all. There are some work running from the city government, and the beach is accessible just for one side, small space and it is not the hotel beach. - For this reason , we did not visit the beach , we did not see comfortable to visit it.

The hotel is a few meters from the beach and is also located in the center of Bocagrande, close to restaurants, banks, shops, cinemas, etc. and almost 10 minutes from the historic center. Something very important is that they have a taxi staff that is very reliable

The breakfast was not very good, it is quite varied, but the coffee should be much better since we are in Colombia, the country with the best coffee in the world. The speed and coverage of the Wi-Fi is not very good.

Staff is amazing, location is close to the beach, Great view and space of the room.

Dispite we stayed five days they didn't replace for new shampoo, soap and toilet paper. Also, they didn't give free water bottle like other hotels with the same category. Hotel don't have working place without payment, only open areas with lack of plugs and nosy, close to the reception and restaurant.

The location was nice. The hotel offered covid tests in your room. Breakfast was nice; omelette station, fresh fruit and juice. You are right off of the beach in the middle of the tourist area.

The gym was small and there were weights missing.

The location was perfect, the rooms I reserved were very spacious and comfortable, the staff was very pleasant, and eager to help and made feel appreciated, we had good experiences with the staff in all the areas I visited during this stay.

The swimming pool is really awful, very small and unappealing, thankfully the beach is right across the street to compensate for the lack of space on that pool deck. The breakfast lacked on taste, and on basic products from the region (caribanolas, arepas de huevo, empanadas, butifarra, etc), that will really enhance the experience.

I liked the breakfast that was included. I also liked the view from the bedroom balcony.

The hotel is getting old and some areas need to be renewed. There is an unfinished building in front of the hotel that doesn’t look good. The street where the hotel is, it’s in bad condition and smells bad.

the breakfast was the same the whole week it did change and wasn’t to varied. the front building was under construction so we couldn’t use the terrace because the noise was too loud

beachfront hotel, very good and convenient location, there is a restaurant in the hotel, the rooms are spacious with balcony; excellent view, bathroom also spacious, hot water.

For the quality of the hotel , they should provide better towels; we didn’t have enough towels. they only provided one per person and towels are very rough.

For the type of holiday I wanted the location was perfect. All the staff I encountered were very courteous and friendly. I was very lucky to be upgraded to suite. My suite was very spacious, very clean and had a fantastic view over the sea and across towards the historic centre
