Hotel Atlantic Lux

The location was great and the WiFi was pretty good for getting some work done. The rooms were clean and there were black out curtains. The breakfast was OK.

The beach was super crowded and the street is super noisy. This is no fault of the hotel. The gym was abandoned and no equipment working. Stayed there to get some work done and explore after work. A functional gym as shown in pictures would have been nice. The showers were just warm. A lamp in the rook would have been great and signs for do not disturb. A cleaner opened the door when working because they were unsure whether we wanted room cleaning.

The hotel in ideally located. It's a block away from the beach. It's on a busy street but it's near everything. Drop off and pick up is quite easy despite traffic. People in Cartagena is quite patient and respectful. The Junior suite is quite spacious and comfortable, and very clean. The Breakfast buffet is very good. they prepare meals as needed throughout the day, and there is also room service.

The lobby could be cooled some more, the Cartagena weather is pretty intense. Although I understand they'd like to keep the electric bill down.

The room was very comfortable, with a spectacular view from the balcony. The staff was very friendly; especially when I made my reservation, they were always attentive to solve my concerns and fulfill my requests. The hotel has an excellent location, close to the sea, the old town and the laguito. I would stay again without thinking twice!

The air conditioning did not cool well and, I was hoping the pool would be a little clearer.

The location was perfect it was close to all the tourist locations even walk-able. The strip has multiple restaurants and shops so you'll never be bored. Also two beaches are in walking distance. The breakfast was delicious and warm and they do offer restaurant service too. the pool was clean but the water was a bit cold.

The hotel is well situated in Bocagrande not far for the local mall Plaza Bocagrande the beach and 10 min away from the Cartagena historical center .The bed is very comfy and very clean room well maintained staff super nice and helpful

There is a TV with only 11 channels all on Spanish not international channels so if you want to catch up with your series you won’t be able The swimming pool is ok you can get the sun only in the morning

It’s located in a very good area “Boca Grande”. The building is clean. It’s close to the beach. Staff very friendly. If you need a Tours, the lobby has a third party company which are the best, good price and they will accommodate the price for you if they can.

Breakfast was to basic and it wasn’t that good. The pool needs to be clean more often.

Best hotel in heart of Bocagrande with the best price, including breakfast. Breakfast was a buffet and pretty good to be included. I think I’m going to host my wedding here.

I hate how ugly the pool water looks but it seems clean but maybe becuz of the rain the water ends up looking cloudy

This hotel is 1st class. Rooms spotless very big and the location is perfect. Staff very helpful and friendly. Recommend this hotel

This is one of the most underrated hotels. It has good food, more then one restaurant, a casino attached that’s pretty good and gives best odds I seen on San Martin. And good location and more then fair value.

The pool area is only okay, used it many times, but gets cold from the breeze when the sun goes down. Possible Covid limitations but I bet they could serve drinks there if it wasn’t Covid
