Seventh Heaven Hotel

Great location in beautiful, classic art deco style building. Room was huge, perhaps I got a free upgrade? Good views from room and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, close to subway. Room amenities worked well. Comfortable bed - hard to find in China. Awesome views over the walking street and modern buildings over the river. Staff spoke excellent English and made checking in a breeze.

Room was a bit tired and old, could do with some refurbishment and the windows need cleaning. Internet unreliable. Rather expensive, but seems to be the case for this city.

Good value for money. Did not expect to get to luxury for the price I paid. What I got was good, room was small but very clean and furnished with everything required on daily basis, simple toiletries but all essentials were available. Window was rather unusual but view was a bonus. Breakfast was simple, no selection but keeps going. Location is perfect, in the hearth of pedestrian shopping street and the City center. Will chose again for overnight stay.

the location is the best point of this hotel, the beds are clean, comfort, room size is good with big window. when we need to check-out late, they charge us very reasonable price, 50% of the room rate we got from booking.

the hotel doesn't have the elevator from the ground, so if you have the heavy luggage, then you have to carry up to the elevator around 10 steps.

I got to breakfast as the staff was breaking down the buffet. They fixed a plate for me from the food in the back. So nice of them! The location is perfect for using the metro and walking around the heart of the sights.

The room was very small. It rained very heavily and the rain poured in the windows. The staff was very quick to try and fix the window. Couldn't but brought lots of towels to mop up the water.

Excellent location directly in the central pedestrian zone of the city, along which you can get to Bund. Nearby is a metro line station that connects.The rooms are clean and comfortable.

I wish they have a better receiving area where you didn’t have to walk up a few stairs with heavy luggages or at least a ramp.

This hotel is located at a wonderful location and you are in the hot spot of the city with lots of restaurants, shops, tourists around. Hotel looks beautiful and worthy of the money you pay.

There is no hand shower in bathroom as well as in toilet.

Very good location, rooms were big and comfortable, hotel stuff were always available and supportive, also spoke in english, clean toilets and air conditioner in the room, we are happy for the stay

Nice hotel with responsive staff and clean rooms. Location is in the middle of the touristy area but still not so noisy since the rooms are high enough. Can only recommend staying there.
