Excellent service, beautiful meals, international (US, EU) power points in rooms including USB ports, relaxing pool.
No coffee in the room, although you could get free instant coffee and tea in the lobby.

Breakfast was good, varied selection, and cooked omelettes etc available on request. Location is excellent for shopping, transportation, and at same time quiet. The hotel itself is very quiet, great for a good nights sleep. Security is good.
The only thing that could mention is the Gym could do with a few small Kg free weights. Nothing else

beds were comfy, good quiet location and super close to the metro. plenty of good options for food nearby as well as the mall with supermarket at the costanero centre.
shower pressure and temperature a bit hit and miss and would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities. room was quite hot at night and the air conditioning didn’t drop it below about 23 deg Celsius even on it’s low setting. you could open the window though which gave a little reprieve.

Perfect business/leisure hotel in Las Condes area of Santiago. Safe environment, close to Metro. Very friendly staff. Rooms were nice and spacious. Little pool on the roof top with fantastic views of the surrounding area.
Breakfast was good but very crowded during peak hours. Staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and a lot of items on the buffet were missing, as the service personnel couldn't catch up anymore. Gym on the top floor was a bit cramped and with two or three persons already crowded.

Breakfast superb , location superb plus (4 blocks away from major mall, 1 block away from subway) , Room : the one with 2 twin beds were super spacious and comfy.
I did not like the fact I was charged with an extra during check out due to "volatility of CLP/USD exchange rate" . The Hotel should ve had honor the initial amount from the reservation.

Breakfast was good enough and tasty. The location was safe and close to metro&shopping malls. And the hotel was clean overall. Parking was a good asset. And especially the ladies at the reception were very helpful with everything you need!

They did not provide cleaning service at the scheduled time (one night) and they did not leave toiletry in the room (one night). Total of 4 nights stayed.

I would like regular coffee in the room, not express, and added every day - not just on arrival.
