Location was perfect; free parking; super comfortable bed; nice room; beautiful overall appearance.

The only reason for not rating this hotel with a 10 was the breakfast buffet. The food offerings were good. More items than any other Holiday Inn Express in the States. My issue is that the buffet is under staffed. Therefore, you have to wait, sometimes for a long time, to get the items replenished. One day we had to wait several minutes to get silverware. With enough staff, that wouldn’t be happening. And the breakfast dining area is too small for such a big hotel. On weekends it gets too crowded.

The staff were amazing and very thoughtful. We arrived at midnight after a long flight and they opened up the cafeteria for us to order some food and drinks. The manager Ruben was extremely helpful with my requests and the front desk staff great with recommendations. They also have a washer/dryer in the basement which is very convenient for laundry. Good variety at breakfast, free parking and clean and comfortable rooms!

The most amazing place I usually get corner floor view , privacy breakfast ,staff .. a place call home I try to go every week .. it’s very special to get away !! I will go for the weekend on the 4 th July birthday

Maybe as frequent customer have a night or two sometime in the future !! One thing the soap and shampoo can get a better provider it’s not allergy free burning eyes and white robes would be a great accomplishment thanks

No longer have tea or coffee making facilities in the room. I was disappointed with the response to obtain alcohol after 10pm. I think there should be some kind of facility or service to obtain refreshments after the Coffee Shop closes.

The only thing that could be improved on is Disinfection spray and towels too wipe in the Gym, this is a must regardless pandemic …

Esthetically speaking, bathrooms doors frame are broken and they haven’t been replaced for a while. This doesn’t look good for a Holiday Inn hotel. Also, shower didn’t work well. Low water pressure.

super friendly staff, especially Alfonso. Easy to get there from the airport and with restaurants, metro, and supermarkets nearby. Good breakfast, cherries and possibility to make tosti’s. quiet place. definitely can recommend.

The location was good and the staff was very friendly. They were helpful with arranging a driver to the airport in the morning.

The room was a bit shabby looking, could have been better maintained. USB ports would have been helpful. Our room had none.

Rooms could have better soundproof. They do the work but sometimes noise (from the highway is a bit annoying). Not a terrible noise but for light sleepers might be an issue.

Great variety for breakfast, nicely displayed. Alex, our door person was exceptional! He put smiles on our faces daily and very helpful.All was good.
