Best Western Plus East Side

Room was extraordinarily large. Plenty of room for two queen beds and a family of three. Complimentary breakfasts were good and provided variety. Breakfast room staff kept on top of things (ensuring that popular items were quickly replenished). Air conditioning was greatly appreciated. Very comfortable beds.

Located on a busy street and often heard noise from speeding vehicles outside. Internet was often very slow.

The front staff were very friendly and helpful. The ladies at the breakfast room were so pleasant as where the maids we met in the hall. The room was very clean. I try to stay at a Best Western when I travel and have always had a great stay. Kudos to all staff for a job well done!

Staff was friendly & professional. The room was extremely well laid-out, spacious and perfectly clean. There was a second sink outside the bathroom, which was convenient. The pool has a waterside & our kids loved it. Breakfast had a good selection, including bacon, boiled eggs & potatoes.

Parking was tight in front of the hotel.

I was very happy with our stay, the breakfast was good, but a little crowded. The room had everything we needed and was very neat and clean. Sadly, the view was not great, but as we weren't in the room that much other than at night, it wasn't a problem.

Nothing comes to mind regarding dislikes. All was good.

Did a stay-cation with family! Great location, very friendly staff, pool and waterslide great for the kids! Lots of great breakfast options! Will definitely be making this our stay-cation hotel for the future! Loved that there was a vinyl tile floor in the rooms rather than carpet!! Five stars all around!

The hotel was very clean and while full, it was also very quiet. The breakfast served had lots of choice and the staff worked hard to keep up with the crowd in rrplscing items and keeping everything neat and tidy. Tables were wiped down soon after being vacated and the room was spacious, great during these COVID times.

We were unable to use the underground parking as the hotel was so full. That was disappointing.

The rooms are nice. The location is great, across from the Cineplex Theatre and Centre Mall there are lots of things to do. The pool and hot tub were really nice and clean. The staff were great, very attentive. Underground parking was appreciated in a snow storm!

There were things that were rather depleted in our room like sugar for coffee, toilet paper, kleenex, and there was no tea in the room although a nice kettle is provided. The breakfast was ok at best.

I have never slept so well!! The beds are sooo comfy!!! The property is modern, very clean and the staff is amazing! The complimentary breakfast was very good and there was quite a few options to choose from including some gluten and dairy free which made my day. The kids had fun in the pool and waterslide and the hot tub was great! I also liked the underground parking option. It was perfect for our staycation. We will stay here again for sure! Loved it!!

My son wished he could’ve connected his PS to the internet lol and it would’ve been nice to have Netflix available on the smart tv.

Clean and comfortable room with fridge and microwave. Not a bad size with separate sink for washing up. Hotel felt new, in good condition and clean. Good laundry facilities. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, good pool.

Everything was good. The room was not huge if you are a family staying for more than one night with a lot of luggage but big enough.

Breakfast was great but the serving area was cramped and I wasn't comfortable touching all of the lids and surfaces for food. Seating in the cafe was a bit more spaced out and safe. Location is excellent. Room was quiet and clean.

Parking lot entrance was very cramped and people parked right in front of the door which made using a trolley for luggage very difficult. There is not enough seating or towels in the pool area.
