very clean, access to gym, swimming pool and outdoor patio. free parking and central to downtown, but seemed to be away from areas where unhoused people are unfortunately having to congregate, which is good if you are uncomfortable around these matters.

I wish the breakfast had had a hot food selection, which I would expect is a given for a Hilton. A man did ask for poached eggs, which the waitress brought, but it was unclear if this was an additional paid option or not? And how did he know to ask, there were no additional menus. Seems warm eggs and bacon etc. should just freely available, or signs out for “by request”.

The exceptional professional customer service is so obvious throughout the hotel. From the friendly and welcoming check in with Oleksander to the very polite breakfast servers and the cheerful bartender , the exceptional service I was given made me feel like I was on a resort!! Thank you to Andrew for taking great care of his staff, supporting them, offering guidance and assistance and working tirelessly to ensure the meals are tasty and satisfying. Thank you to Oleksander for being so kind, friendly, and welcoming!!!

There was a shortage of cleaning staff but was given anything I needed for my room just for asking. I don't blame the hotel for the staff shortage they did their best to accommodate my requests. The area isn't easy to be in with so many homeless, but there were no problems due to the location.

The room allocated was very nice, spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast provided by the hotel was very good and the staff were all helpful and courteous. The hotel was ideally laced downtown and a 5 minute walk from the river front. There were plenty of places to eat and drink around the hotel. I uses the Steps bar/lounge within the hotel on 2 occasions and the food was very good. I also used the fitness room within the hotel which was good.

The wifi connection could have been better. The air conditioning was centrally controlled and on one occasion I would have liked the option within the room to turn it off.

The location was perfect. I got to the hotel and didn't have to move my car until we left. The mall was across the street and the TCU Place just down the block.

The adjoining room. They were quite loud late into the night. Also we were not told that the vending machines were gone. The plaque in the hall said ice and vending machines on 6th and 4th floor. Around 11 at night we found that there was only ice on the 6th and after we got an elevator to take us to the 4th floor (one elevator wouldn't acknowledge when we pushed the 4 button) we found it was being completely renovated. We also didn't call down to find out where they got moved to.

Convenient location

Parking arrangements with the hotel and the mall could be improved. Lack of communication between the hotel and parking security made the process annoying and quite frustrating. At the restaurant, the food serving size and quality has changed dramatically since I last visited. Service was so-so. It was awesome during my last visit. This time, mediocre. Not impressed at all.

The staff were very friendly at this hotel. It was very clean and the location was perfect. Shopping mall just across the road and very close to bars and restaurants. The pool was spacious and clean and also had a jacuzzi.

The only thing I could say was that our room looked a little dated. It was quiet a dark room but that's not a major problem.

The room was very clean and updated. Loved the laminate flooring.it was at the back of the hotel so was quiet. Appreciated the big bath towels. Enjoyed the breakfast and the best part it was free with our booking.

We were excited to go to the pool area. Very disappointed in the hot tub?? Very small and we did not think it was the cleanest it could have been. Did not stay very long. The pool area looks like it is in the renovation process as the ceiling and walls were painted white and clean with new tile on the side walls. However the deck and shower rooms were not great. Grouting needs to be cleaned. The grouting in our bathroom also needed to be cleaned.

Friendly staff, clean room, good a la carte breakfast. Parking is right next to the hotel. Location is great, especially for Folkfest, with a bus stop right in front of the hotel.

The staff at the bar was great, but they closed at 11 on a Saturday night with guests still there. I thought, if it says "open till close" they stay open as long as there are guests around.

Our coffee marker in our room didn’t work, but front desk and restaurant staff were very accommodating and I was able to get a coffee from the restaurant, it was a bit of a pain in the butt lol having to leave my room at 6:30am to get a coffee. Also our toilet wasn’t working properly, we notified front desk about this so hopefully these things will be fixed for the next person’s stay

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast included had everything I wanted .. juice, fruit, cereal yoghurt, eggs, bacon,etc. the location was ideal for my needs … I walked everywhere .. to the riverside trails, shopping mall, art gallery. The room was suitable for my needs and the king sized bed very comfortable.

The hotel is being updated. I did not like the older shower head. The carpeting was “tired”. Nothing much to complain about overall.
