Quality Inn & Suites

The room was very spacious and clean. There was a kitchenette with a large fridge. The plates, cutlery, and other items were clean, bagged, and ready for use. There was lots of room to store luggage and still move around easily.

The tap in the bathroom sink was difficult to control in terms of temperature. It was a struggle to get it to a temperature lower than very hot.

This was a disability-access room, the best I have ever been in, by far. The bathroom was exceptional for space, bars, cleanliness. The kitchenette had every pan, plate, fork, etc, separately packaged and sanitized. Full sized refrigerator, excellent bed, lots of space. Could not have been better

Very Good. We happened to arrive for breakfast when there must have been 40 girls basketball time at the same time. The selection was good and they kept up with the demand.

The bed seemed uncomfortable and I never wake up with a soar back The bathroom was very small to be able to put your accessories on the counter. The location was great the Hotel all i all was very good.

I did not have any of the complimentary breakfast, so I can't speak to the food, but the front-end staff were very friendly, the lobby, and common spaces are tidy and clean. The hotel room was very clean. My room had a kitchenette in it, so that was nice for leftovers and beverages. The remotes are all packaged up, the bed is incredibly soft, and the room was set to a lovely temperature. I was on the second floor, not that far away from the elevators, but didn't notice too much noise. To be fair, I'm not sure how booked that floor was. Free WiFi in the room and many channels if you have a night in.

The bathroom could have used a separate smaller mirror. When the mirror is that far away and you have a hard time seeing without glasses, and are not very tall, leaning over the counter to see in the mirror is not ideal. There is a full-length mirror in the main space, but the lighting isn't conducive to putting on makeup.

The suite was very clean. The staff was kind so the checking in wasn't boring though I had to wait a bit longer cuz the card reader didn't work the first few times.

Though I like all, if I have to choose one, it's the location. But I also appreciate the location cuz I wasn't able to book any hotel in city center with better price and quality.

I liked the size of it. Easy to wheel baggage in and out with trolley. Big window letting in lots of light. Tablet pillow on bed for ease and comfort of sitting in bed while using my tablet. Freezer to keep my ice pack frozen. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Lots of choices for breakfast! Great location and close to food venues, shopping, and the hospital!

Lack of counter space in bathroom. TV remote didn’t work that well. My husband also had to reconnect the cord to the receiver on the tv.

From check in to westward 'ho', the experience was perfect. Staff was pleasant and helpful in making recommendations for dining. The room was clean, quiet, and well appointed.

The sign was to small and difficult to read while travelling west. I missed it and drove past to the other end of Moose Jaw. I had to turn around and look for it again.

Make a large sign..Your competitors had large signs that were easy to see. When driving down the highway you need a large sign to find it.

Nearly everything- location, cleanliness, beds, breakfast. Attention with care.

Entrance doors & luggage trolleys could be better maintained.
