Heritage Inn Hotel & Convention Centre - Moose Jaw

Breakfast was wonderful A sit down meal with a waiter you don’t usually get that. Thanks Neel Evening Front desk lady was very pleasant. Clean Thanks housekeeping staff. I would stay there again.

I would have a Coffee urn to get your own coffee I have a big coffee mug. Wanted it for my room before breakfast. Didn’t want to make it in my room.

The location is great and the room was clean and comfortable. The shower has great water pressure. The pool and hot tub were clean. There is everything you need within a 2 minute drive ( grocery store, fast food, gas and liquor store). The breakfast is at the restaurant that's attached and is good ( a waitress actually serves you and explains your options).

Bed was comfy. Good breakfast. Quiet place. The Indian receiptionist was very kind and friendly.

The receiptionist in the morning of Mar 4th is not friendly. Maybe I am Asian so she treated me that way. No smile, command voice, like a boss to me. The other receiptionist (Indian) in the evening of Mar 3rd was also not friendly at all. She was on the phone the whole time and didn't bother to smile at the customers. At least they should smile when customers went in and out the hotel.

Location- excellent and easy to get to. close to drive downtown. We booked a tunnels tour and its strait down the road/ on same road and not far away, easy to find! Boston Pizza next door in parking lot.. Humptys and other restaurants near by, Superstore across the road, and other popular shopping - Very handy. The pool area is a beautiful garden oasis. very relaxing. Staff were wonderful, very helpful and friendly! Very clean rooms, and super comfy bed and pillows.

we stayed 2 nights. Had Sunday breakfast buffet / which was an extra 9-$11?? instead of whatever was "included".?? not sure - I guess theres a menu to order off of, but we chose buffet thinking it would be better. It was only "ok" not too many choices. The restaurant was closed on Monday so received a paper bag breakfast from the front desk. That didn't look too appetizing, we didnt eat it. Went to Humptys next door instead. Hot tub is not sunken like most are in hotels, its on the pool deck, like one you have at home. I went down to use only hot tub, there was a group in there hogging it! but a soak in the pool was lovely and relaxing, so it was all OK.

Friendly and helpful Reception Desk Staff, ground floor was fun as we loved watching the prairie dogs outside our window! Cute! Good basi c room. Restaurant on site for breakfast included in room rate but also there is a Boston Pizza next door within walking distance. Golf course at back of hotel too so lots of greenery.

Hotel hallways very dark, dated. A splash of white paint would cheer and brighten it up considerably.

I planned to spend most of one day doing work at the desk however the metal chair was hard, cold, uncomfortable for the amount of time I would have been using it... approached reception asking for a couple of loaner poolside cushions when a gentleman [worker] graciously offered the use of a [padded, cloth] chair from the banquet area!!! I was overly impressed with this and really appreciated it!! this was a VERY nice gesture!!

Breakfast was included in the room rate and was very good. It was in the restaurant and served to your table. The selection was somewhat limited to two categories but was exactly what I would haver ordered anyway.

Service in the lounge the night before was slow and disjointed due to staffing shortages. The lounge was comfortable and nice. We received 10% off on the meal menu as part of the room rate offering. Meal selection was fair but the food we ordered was excellent and served quickly.

Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Pool area was really nice. Breakfast was more then we expected. Over all I would give this hotel an 8.5 out of 10. I would stay there again and recommend it to others.

The key cards did not work on any of the exterior doors. The bathroom door in our room needed to be replaced. Ceiling tiles in some areas should be replaced. The overall hotel needs a little TLC.

The staff are all friendly and helpful, from front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant staff. Although a government directive, I really appreciate the mask mandate (during my stay in September, people were coming and going, nary a mask in sight and NO physical distancing, causing me severe anxiety on top of anxiety I was already feeling because of air travel in a pandemic)

Easy to find! Nice clean rooms and breakfast was great! Very nice staff too!

Only thing we weren’t too big of fans were-was that the beds were really worn in and you sink quite far in from being so worn- but still enough comfort for a good nights rest!
