Perfect walking distance to downtown and McGill campus. Nice boutique feel. Loved the view from the room facing Mt Royal. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Great to have a Nespresso in the room too.

Noisy air con / fridge on the landing (11th floor) It was also very hot and stuffy in the corridor which made the hotel feel a bit rustic. The toilet was leaking when we arrived but was quickly fixed. A slightly more affordable breakfast would be even better. We ventured out instead to get value for money. We only needed a coffee and croissant so $20pp was a bit steep. The rooms facing the south side must be disappointed with the view of the adjacent building wall.

After checking in I realized I received a complimentary upgrade all the way to a penthouse! The room was stunning, on the last floor, spacious, clean, with a panoramic view of the whole city. Best room I've ever gotten! Staff were friendly, kind, and quick both at check-in and check-out. Location is perfect. I will be definitely staying again and recommending this hotel to everyone.

Unfortunately, my neighbours were a super loud couple that stayed up until 6 am watching TV, arguing, and screaming at their dog. I didn't get a good sleep as there was a connecting door between my bedroom and theirs so I was hearing everything and their noise kept me up.

Rooms were good. Double beds too small for a comfortable nights rest. Would recommend minimum queen size beds. Bath products were nice. Nice pillows. Finish in room e.g: lamps, art etc were modern contemporary. Staff at reception and rest of hotel staff all very warm, welcoming, friendly. Location close to McGill. Subway stop two minute walk. Close to Mont Royal. Clean, safe neighbourhood.

Very nice hotel, in a great location. 5 min walk into st Catherine Street Montreal, and Parc Mont Royal. Also close metro station making very easy to get around the city. King Room was very spacious, modern and very clean. Staff were helpful. Would highly recommend staying here when visiting Montreal.

Could do with a bit more lighting in the main bedroom area.

I liked how spacious the rooms were, the bathroom was nice and I liked that they had a coffee maker in the room.

There was a noticeable stain on the bed frame, the paint on the door was peeling and the radio was purely decor only. The maid was kind of rude and pushy. Not only did she knock on our door before checkout she also gave us attitude when we weren’t leaving quite yet.

The location was amazing, staff was very friendly, polite and professional. Manager Melanie was simply amazing. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The valet parking is a MUST! Extremely convenient. Rovert was great. 10/10… loved every bit of my experience at this hotel. Highly highly recommend.

A modern contrast to sister hotel across the street, Chateau Versailles. Small and modest lobby though not crowded. Quiet, sophisticated, respectful. Ice machine close by. Larger bedroom and room space. Thermostat working perfectly.

Shower only, no bath. .Small bathroom. Furniture quite used

Breakfast is terrible. The worst I had in a hotel 250 dollars a night Bread in plastic bag. You have to pay in extra the expresso Never see this!

Loved the attention and all the services you have given. Water bottles in and out of the hotel. Bath towels at our front door within minutes of asking.

Some reason I sweated a lot with the blanket and or sheets. With the air conditioner blasting not sure if it had to do with the sheets.
