Traveller's Inn Prince Edward Island

The room had a fresh clean smell, the thermostat was set to a comfortable temperature which we didn't adjust, the staff was friendly and efficient, the hallways were quiet......the check in and out was seamless. We requested a room on ground level and were politely accommodated.

The power was out between 2-4 am. Apparently this was a planned power outage. If that was true, then it would have been nice to have a heads up before going to bed.

A little outdated but friendly staff & very clean. The beds & pillows were very comfortable. Hopefully with more folks traveling they will be able to update their decor.

We realize with covid things drastically have change things with accommodations & staffing. It is to be hoped that the restaurant on site cab reopen. After a long day of traveling it is nice to not have to go out again to find someplace to eat. They did recommend Gentlemen Jim's restaurant that wasn't too far & was excellent.

Close to dining locations Pool looked nice we were not there long enough to enjoy it.

When we booked this we thought we were getting a suite with a kitchenette and breakfast was included but when we arrived they informed us that there is no breakfast but on booking.com it started it would be included. They informed us that sometimes booking.com gets it wrong. Beds were not comfortable.

Great location, all amenities were there, even the one we didn’t need.

Only complain was with the AC which was bit noisy but that was ok because we were really tired after spending all day out so didn’t woke in the middle of the night because of the noises

The staff were wonderful, preordained, friendly and helpful.

The property is definitely dated, and could use a few upgrades, but overall was satisfactory for our purposes. The mattresses were more firm than I prefer, but were acceptable.

Friendly staff, clean room. Kitchenette was well supplied with stove and full size fridge. Fresh coffee brewed every morning in lobby.

Restaurant and pool was not open. Do not know if this was due to covid restrictions as we are from out of province.

Nice sized room, clean, quiet.

Tv had no volume, had Fibe which we couldn't figure out, no instructions. Muddled along and used closed captioning, despite volume cranked to 100. Safety bars needed in bathroom.

Great veiw from my room of the windmills, multiple entrences & the pool was always empty, so had it all to ourselves :) House keepers left nice notes

comfortable beds love the full kitchen that includes plates and everything you need to cook and great coffee in your room

I got $100 dollars gift card for our 2 day stay. The room was clean as well as the bathroom.

The television was too high for the remote to work properly so i had to go next television to turn it off or on. The hotel location was hard to find at beginning. The list of places to go eat to use gift card did not all serve breakfast so we kind of stopped at several different places to finally get breakfast.
