Cleanliness, closeness to all shopping malls. We used the subway to go downtown so it is very close to that. They have a wonderful assistant manager who was very helpful at checkout.

Just a suggestion that people who work at front desk should speak slowly and more clearly. The first person I spoke to when I needed a bill adjusted was very difficult to understand. Thankfully the assistant manager took care of my issue and I am so very grateful.

Hotel and staff were amazing, very clean, rooms were impressive, the breakfast was delicious and the food at the resturant (supper) well priced, good portions, and amazing taste

No seating area outside to sit other then the patio for the resturant, washroom and shower has see through doors which is fine if your with a spouse, otherwise kinda awkward

The location is great if you're driving. Walmart 2 minutes walk. Extremely child/baby friendly. Never felt judged about my crying children🙂 There's a complimentary business centre with free printing. I thought this was really nice.

The room is advertised as having a combined tub and shower, but it was only a shower. I was looking forward to a good soak. On the plus side, I would have been able to use the pool... A lot of availability the day I asked. The wifi sucks. I ended up using my mobile data because there were too many wrong pieces to the wifi. And I doubt if the beds are queen size. They felt really tight compared to my queen at home. More likely full size.

parking was free, staff was a delight, price was acceptable, room was comfy and suited its purpose (seen mich bigger for less) but was nice, tv was well located and greeted with personal touch, breakfast was included and was a perfect morning treat.

bathroom was a bit tight, but i am a large person, view was blah, whirlpool was nice but very noisy, bed was a bit firm for my liking.

Clean, quiet, separate shower and toilet, comfortable bed/pillows, working A/C, free breakfast

Slight odor from the couch area. Short weekday breakfast hours. Front desk said returning guests have to pay for parking.

I love this hotel. I try to go there whenever I have a weekend off just to get away. Staff treat you amazing and make sure you’re having a comfortable stay. Great location as they moved Walmart right in front , not even a 5 minute walk. Rooms are always clean as well as washrooms have no hair!! Thats a big yuck for me. Smooth and easy check in and out. Some staff do the checkout process different so keep that in mind. Out of the many times we’ve stayed here sometimes the front desk will send staff to check the room upon check out and return us our deposit on the spot. Other times staff inform we will receive it days later after ensuring everything is okay. I believe we should work on keeping 1 method. 10/10 hotel

The past 2 times we stayed only 1 of our 2 assigned key passes work. It was honestly not an issue because we only needed one key.

The hotel was a perfect location to Canada's Wonderland. Close to many restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the air trampoline park next door which was a bonus find. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. Very clean and our suite was beautiful. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great price!! We will be back.

We were unable to book a reservation for the pool duo to Covid restrictions. However, we completely understood. Also found the one woman working alone at the lounge could have used a bit of help busing tables and checking on customers. However, we were still very happy.

I liked that the washroom was separate from the shower. I also enjoyed how large the room was. It was more than enough to accommodate myself and my guests.

I thought the rooms could have been a little cleaner. We found hairs in the bed that made us feel a bit uncomfortable. We received another comforter so it was alright.

The breakfast was great. I like the fact that we had choices. The room was excellent. it was clean. The lady at the break fast lounge was very nice.

What I didn't like is that, there was no comforter on the bed. As the weather is col now, one would appreciate a bed comforter or a warm blanket on our next visit.

The amazing free breakfast was the best part!! And the whirlpool tub we had in our room!

Children running around the halls, banging on doors etc. We have kids so we understand they were excited but came to get away from children, so wasn't pleasant listening to them all evening and morning
