Holiday Inn Express Sault Ste Marie, an IHG Hotel

The hot tub was not working after I text and ask the question 4 days earlier. I was very let down by that this is a second time a Holiday inn hotels hot tub didn't work. Tina on the front desk was so thoughtful I've never had anything like it she brought my daughter and myself present to make up for our disappointment

I text and asked if the hot tub was working they said yes but it wasn't. I was really disappointed on the whole thing

The staff were great, the breakfast was good, and the facilities were clean.

I had asked multiple times about a conjoined room but it didn’t happen. Not a “dislike” but bummer. There was no guarantees so it’s not entirely anyones fault. The hot tub wasn’t working which was a disappointment.

The room we booked had the hot tub in it. it was so relaxing after being on the road all day. The king size bed was very comfortable. The bathroom supplies that were made available was more then just a bar of soap and travel bottles of shampoo. We really liked the shampoo, conditioner, and liquid shower soap dispensers. The breakfast provided was top notch. Hot eggs, bacon, and a large verity of other foods.

Parking lot needs to be expanded. Its was hard to find a spot. Parking spaces where very tight as well. Had to squeeze out of the car not to damage other vehicles.

Nice clean room, comfy beds, excellent location right off the main highway so easy to find. Very helpful staff, they were right on it with a couple of questions we had! Great breakfast!

OK I'll get picky just to put something here...the channel selection on the television could have been better with channels like BBCor more movie channels...

Breakfast was exceptional…as always in a Holiday Inn Express. Hot tub had some issues with the jets so there wasn’t a lot of flow, but I’m sure they probably fixed that by now. The night staff was very personable and very helpful. Caleb was fantastic…you have a great employee in that one!

The daily breakfast offered by the hotel was great. Omelets, pancakes, sausages/bacon, cereals, oatmeal, baked goods and fruit - yum! Two dedicated breakfast associates always refilling and keeping tables clean.

I was going to stay there last week too, but the nightly rate of $193 was waaayyy too salty for me, and x2 what my company pays for lodging. I had to run down to St. Ignace to find a cheaper room

Fantastic breakfast. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The room was very nice and comfortable.

The second time we went to the hot tub it wasn’t working. The body wash was empty in the bathroom that we were in, we did inform the desk as we were leaving.

The breakfast was awesome! This is our third place to stay in our weeks vacation. Holiday inn were not available at the first two and those places did not have breakfast yet! They offered coffee granola bars and fruit if wanted! And you had to get water out of the vending machine! And pricing was not any lower! People were very friendly here also!

Bigger tv! It’s amazing that places have not been upgrading to bigger TV’s now that the cost of them are lower

Breakfast was good. Friendly staff at check-in, breakfast area and check-out. Clean spacious room.

Better signage at breakfast area that guests would be served. A lot of guests went up to buffet area because Holiday Inn staff was not present. One Holiday Inn staff member for all the guests was not enough during prime breakfast time. Food was good and a lot of options to choice from was greatly appreciated.
