Holiday Inn Express & Suites Niagara Falls, an IHG Hotel

I totally enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and accommodated us ahead of schedule as we arrived in the city early. The breakfast was great. The hotel was VERY clean - our room was immaculate and odor free. The bathrooms were spacious and very clean and the bed was super comfy. I enjoyed the pool but I felt the temperature could have been set a little higher - but that is NOT a negative in any way! The pool was also VERY clean! Going forward this is where I will be staying when I come to Buffalo. Thank you for a first class stay!

The staff was very nice & accommodating. The beds/pillows were super comfy. Temp in room was great. The stay was quiet although most rooms were occupied and others stayingl were all nice. I felt safe. We had our dog with us and I felt comfortable taking him for a walk by myself. The breakfast was nicely stocked and staff very nice. Location is 6 miles away from The Falls but lots of restaurants around hotel. The price was good compared to those hotels at The Falls.

They were short staffed but managed the best they could. We only had one set of towels in room but were given more when requested. All in all a great stay.

Only 15 minutes away from the falls it’s a nice easy drive. The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants. The front desk and breakfast staff were very nice. I saw others complain about the air conditioner and cleanliness of the room. Our air worked great and the room was clean. Others described the pool as dirty I would agree with this. I would not get in the water and the smell is not a chlorine smell. The pool definitely needs TLC The airport and a small run down trailer park is across the street but it was quiet. The area is not shady as someone described maybe if you live in the Hamptons it would be to you.

A bit pricey for not being in a prime location and the Pool needs TLC

The breakfast was beyond expectations. Wonderful! Appreciated not having to leave and find a place to eat breakfast and that it was included with the room fee. Makes for a more relaxing start to the day. Be proud of your help, they were pleasant and very helpful. Also appreciated we did not have to pay for parking. Your breakfast variety was great. Made our day! Thank you!

The area was easy to find, very clean, good breakfast.

The bathroom door was not easy to close or open, and the shower floor needed to be a bit higher, water came right out onto the bathroom floor. It was fun using the towels to wipe the floor dry. Otherwise, it was a nice place.. was pleasantly surprised at how nice the Holiday Inn Express are. Never stayed at a holiday inn, until the past week. On a road trip.. stayed at different Holiday Inn Express. Will recommend it.

The staff was very patient and understanding. Excellent customer service and of course its a real value for money. You have a free public bus ticket to the falls, which can be used throughout the day provided by the hotel. The hotel was very clean, and the front desk team was really cooperative. The breakfast was also good. Thanks to the entire team of the hotel, appreciate you all.

Great location to the Falls, about an 8 minute drive. I am super picky about cleanliness of hotel rooms, and this room by far, surpassed all others! The breakfast was fabulous! There is a Dennys nearby, but no need to go anywhere else! The breakfast staff were so pleasant and helpful with tips getting around town. I have paid much more, for less in a hotel! Great value! Great service! We've already recommended this hotel to friends traveling to Niagara falls in August!

I love that hotel is pet friendly and located our room for on the end of hallway - was easy get in and out with dog; Very good soundproof in the rooms Great breakfast Clean rooms

I would love to see: - a pet friendly playground fensed area with station for pet poop bags; - maybe a little area with treats and toys that are included in the room coast as an option or sold in hotel; - and a trained person available if needed to watch a pet for a few hours.

Location was great, we were accommodated with a seat in the shower as we requested. Breakfast in the morning was really good. Room was comfortable and clean, but it did show its age.

Our room was located near the breakfast area, which was good. However the tv was on in the breakfast area all night, and we could hear it.
