The staff is super professional and welcoming. Especially the lady i think her name is Dinal, is a very good customer service. Breakfast is very good. The other lady, the one who is serving breakfast. Sorry i don't know her name but she was so active in serving and also helped us to confirm the Halal suitable items to eat. Many thanks for your service. Overall all employees and room service personnel are very nice.

3 things I don't like. The exhaust/ventilation system in washrooms is not good. It should be manually able to switch on and off. The centralized system they have is very weak or not working. The other complaint is they have to make rooms sound proof. So much noise whenever someone in the next room shuts the door or talks loudly. One can hear it from their room or while walking outside the rooms. They have outdated TVs. Come on guyz even the lowest tier motel now have smart TVs where children can watch YouTube or use chrome cast. Please update it.

The room and the location are good. It made us feel comfortable and easy to access our schedule plan that day, and we could sleep better because the bed was enormous and the washroom was clean since I am particular with cleaning things.

Maybe the food, actually I didn't eat breakfast, but my husband said that the choices are a little. And he couldn't eat more than the usual breakfast because he couldn't eat carbs and maybe because our stay is short too so he couldn't try other food on different days.

The breakfast was amazing! Lots of it and well done. My only concern was that I tried to contact the front desk and could not. I had to go down to see them and when I went down and told them the problem they said, "Why didn't you dial zero." That wasn't what the phone said to do..... also I ask for another pillow.and it never came . I had to go get it too. But all in all a good experience and I would certainly book there again.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.breakfast was basic but ok . The staff where friendly. Was conveniently located to get to the airport. Parking was out front. Had trolleys available for luggage.

Could have a bit more variety for breakfast . When your travelling a lot of the hotel breakfasts are very plain and boring. The pillows could be a bit newer .

Breakfast was great, there was some variety each morning. Location was also great, right near a bunch of bus stops and stores. Staff was super kind and accommodating! Rooms were just big enough. Also, I don't know if the hotel is always that cheap, but I got a great deal for a few nights' stay.

The beds felt really soft at first, but spending the first night on the bed really hurt my back. My friend I stayed with agreed about the beds. Also the wi-fi was perfectly fine half the time, but at night it was extremely spotty. Not good for watching even low quality YouTube videos.

Welcoming staff upon arrival, easy check-in and check-out. The room was clean, comfy and met expectations. Great location for my needs. About 20-30 mins from the airport. Great overall, would recommend for business trip.

The breakfast was average at best. The hot section was really sad to say the least, and they only had paper plates and plastic utensils... Other than that you're left with the usual; bagel, toast, muffins, some fruits, yogourt, waffles..

Clean room, complementary breakfast

Laundry room was occupied at all times, no tissue paper in the room, shampoo was empty when we arrived, we had to take our garbage because there is no room service when you stay less than 5 days, swimming pool was not as clean as I expected so we didn't use it.

We had a wonderful stay here. Just for the location alone this place is worth it. On top of that the room, staff overall comfort staying at Hampton Inn was an absolute delight.

Breakfast could have more variety. But since they don't have a kitchen, I'll say they tried their best to provide a decent variety.

Staff were friendly and helpful - early check-in, good breakfast, coffee/tea in lobby. Hotel is in a good location (why we chose), easy to park & short drive to airport.

Our room was next to elevator so a noisy during late evening. Extractor fan in bathroom not working.

The staff was terrific - friendly, accommodating and very pleasant to deal with throughout the stay to a person. The location right off the QEW was convenient, but there is not much in the immediate vicinity of the hotel that can be reached easily on foot (very busy roads) - a car is essential, but this is true for the Toronto suburbs in general - thing are plentiful but far apart.

Travel during pandemic times is not easy, and due to the restrictions there are inconveniences that present themselves - breakfast is limited, facilities are not readily available or limited in capacity and other things... it's just a sign of the times.
