The room was spacious and bed comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very nice.

We got this smell of coconut or something that came in the room. Spray in the room or hall. It was so strong. Did not like that . especially when you have allergies. I dropped my pen and it fell behind the bed. Pulled the bed ahead and the dirt and stuff on the floor behind the head of the bed . The beds need to be pulled out and vacuumed and dusted. It was dirty.

Nice large room. Comfy bed. Love the shower head, lots of pressure. Nice and close to the stores and restaurants.

Well during the rain storm last night, the water was coming in the bedroom , leaking on the floor. Had to use towels to wipe it up. The air conditionning in the bedroom was not working right, stuffy in there. We were a bit disappointed about this for the amount you pay and get a leaky room and air not working right. I think we should get some kind of refund in the full amount we payed. (We have been here a few times and always satisfied. )

Perfect place to overnight in the middle of Ottawa and Montreal. Beds were super comfy and aircon not too loud. Breakfast was very good comparing to industry average. There are Thai takeaway and LCBO store in close proximity.

No dislikes at this time.

Staff in breakfast area and front desk were really friendly and helpful, My husband has mobility issues and they offered to help him get around if we needed anything. Gave us a room near the back parking lot where ramp was to get to car

Location is great. It is close to several restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They were able to accomodate us as we were travelling by bike. The lady that was taking care of the breakfast was especially nice.

The room was big. Seperate bedroom from living room and kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Nice to have restaurants close by to order . Went for a walk and picked up groceries at independant for our supper. Sushi was vary good.

Can really hear the traffic going by, but only natural along a highway. Shower button was stuck, can't fill the tub. Thats ok, Took showers. No complaints, Everything was nice. Nice to have the fridge, microwave and coffee in the room

had everything you needed. restaurants close by, location great, excellent staff, maintenance man went above and beyond to get us a stand up fan for our second night as we couldn’t get the room cold enough( but that’s just us) had good complementary breakfast

It was clean and tidy. A staff member was in the parking lot in the morning picking up garbage and paper scraps. There was a breakfast buffet we’ve not had anywhere else during covid times. A staff member kept the buffet area absolutely tidy. Very impressive. Cheerful, helpful front desk staff.

Location is on a busy road, but the air handling system in the room kept the sounds out.

The free breakfast at the hotel was exceptional. The take-out dinner from Golden Dragon House at L'Orignal exceeded our expectation. Overall every aspect of my stay was just right.

Size of double beds were small and the room size was also small.
