The room was nice and spacious, the staff has potential to be very friendly.

2/3 staff weren't very friendly at all, when i checked out and returned the keys the staff member just sat in the back room and shouted bye after I did. The one lady who worked through night was delightful and kind my dogs loved her. The TV wasn't plugged in properly so I had to fix that myself, the drain in the tub doesn't work properly. I wanted a bath so I wrapped a cloth the plug the drain. Then when I showered and removed the cloth the water wouldn't drain so I had my shower in a bunch of water.

The location was great. The hotel was fully booked and it was very busy for only one staff to work the breakfast. She was very good and worked hard but it was very hard to keep up and maintain adequate food for many people that wanted a quick breakfast

Breakfast was a waiting game as the hotel was fully booked and the staff really tried hard to keep up but it was quite overwhelming for 1 person- maybe extra staff for a couple of hours when the hotel is fully booked.

it was located right off the highway so easy to get to. when we arrived the bathroom light did not work so they put us in a new room right away. wish the patio doors had a screen so we could have left it open for fresh air. the complementary breakfast was ok. other then that it was a nice stay.

the kids that were running around the hotel all day and the computer in the lobby was being used 90% of the time by a family.

Breakfast was ok tasting. The location was very convenient as it was across from McDonald’s and not far from a Tim hortons. It was close to the main city and downtown, but far enough there wasn’t much noise to disturb you. The tv and air conditioner/ heating all worked to par. The shower was clean and had amazing pressure which was nice, also clean water. Parking was nice and close for easy access. Perfect if you only need a spot to rest your head at night, great prices and clean!

The breakfast could’ve been more and the presentation could’ve been better. The food was presented in a brown paper bag and you had to heat up frozen breakfast sandwiches, however with COVID I understand.

Breakfast was good, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately a neighboring room had backed right up to our outside door access with a heavily loaded truck and smoked out there. Nothing to do with the hotel itself but it coloured our experience.

The breakfast was a brown bag, because of a reno, hope the next time, we will be able to eat in the breakfast room. We would've liked more of a selection..

The only thing I would like to comment on is the bathroom toilets because they are very low. Would be great it they could be higher. My wife has artifical hips and knees and because they are so low makes it difficult to use with ease.

it’s a lovely property. I try to stay at comfort Inns wherever I go. this one is at the top though. quiet, clean and very friendly and approachable check in staff. the girl that checked me in was top notch.

The price was very affordable for what we needed. Nice quiet area. Close to affordable options for food. Friendly staff.

The location was off the number one which is good if your just stopping for the night but out off town and away from everything if your visiting family.

Comfortable, quiet, clean room. Friendly staff. Right off the highway. Good experience. Would stay again. Note: the main floor the sliding doors open right into a designated parking space. I would chose one of these rooms next time.

Nice way to start the day...

Our time that we had to spend there....we ate, went to sleep, got up, ate again and had to leave....I don't even know if there was a swimming pool...I usually swim in the morning.
