convenient. nice staff. the only comment I might make is the rooms are not very soundproof. when one asks for a quiet room and the hotel isnot full, might guests not be put next door to each other. I think everyone could benefit from staggering the guests a bit. I know it may save steps for the housekeepers to put guests all together but it would really enhance the stay if you didn’t have neighbors as I could even hear the person yawn next to me. then of course the first visit had young ladies banging on other’s doors and I went out and asked if they might be quiet.

The guests are out all together when that wasnot necessary. the hotel was not full.

Very friendly and informative staff. We had an issue with the tv not working in our room and the staff responded immediately to it. Also nice to have a continental breakfast available. We also appreciated and made use of the fridge and microwave in our room.

When the tv in our room was so staticy that you couldn't see the picture -we phoned the front desk, and someone responded immediately. After checking, we were told the tv in that room was old but we could relocate to another room. As we had already settled/unpacked and were there for 2 nights, we asked if the tv could be swapped or get us another tv that worked - we were told no as other guests were checking in that next day - so did they get our old room with the broken tv.? We did repack up our stuff and move to the other room. Also, no screens on the window, but with no air condi tioning , at least it opened. Very loud on the street- but not hotel's fault ( a Prince Rupert thing)

It was a VERY brief stay, we arrived at midnight (after driving from Vancouver) and were out by 8 am to catch the ferry to Haida Gwaii. In the brief time, staff were great, and the facilities were great. I was VERY grateful that our request for a cot was accommodated, I wasn't holding my breath as I made the reservation quite late. And the size and comfort of it was much better than expected as well, we were very grateful for comfort after having travelled all day!

The only thing that I had a slight issue with was not enough parking spaces in the underground parking. We ended up parking on the street, which was fine, but it would have been nice to have secured parking. But important to note: we didn't arrive until midnight, so I understand why all the spaces available were taken.

Very friendly staff, good and free underground parking. The continental breakfast was good.

No kettle in the room but a coffee maker which doesn't work well for tea lovers. I had to use the microwave. A previous guest must have smoked in the room, luckliy the window can be open.

The breakfast was as advertized and quite adequate. The muffins were good. The room was 'quiet' but overlooked garbage bins and we were treated to 'partying' young people in the back. You staff took care of that quickly. Thank you. Parking underground was fine and the spots were a good size.

The front entrance with the 'slide' for luggage was a bit awkward. Fortunately, the cab driver helped us with our luggage down to the lobby.

Very convenient location. Next door to a grocery store with restaurants and some shopping nearby. The staff are extremely kind and helpful with information about Prince Rupert. The free light breakfast was a great extra.

The immediate area outside is looking a little tired but don't let this give you the wrong impression. Prince Rupert is beautiful and all the people we met were very friendly.

The hotel was well situated for walking in the area. On a main road but the room we had would never have known that

The lady who was the night receptionist was just rude but only spoke to her in the mornings and sometimes her reply was just a grunt. Better than nothing

we stayed there in two lots of four nights ( eight altogether) after visiting Haida Gwaii in between. the place was roomy and staff so helpful

as mentioned in earlier survey, some night noise on some nights with our window opened. but otherwise good.

Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast available in the morning, on site restaurant...I stayed and then booked again when I returned to Rupert as it was clean and quiet. Good value for the money.

A little far from downtown but it was walkable.

Location is great. If you have a car, the underground parking is good. I have an F-350 so had to park on the street. No biggie though. Clean rooms, friendly staff and a good location. Grocery store right next door for snacks. Staff more than makes up for poor breakfast selections.

The included breakfast left something to be desired. Cereal, toast and muffins..... would have been nice to have waffles or bacon and eggs. Tim's is close for breakfast and lots of restaurants for other meals. Did not eat at the restaurant in the building. May have missed something there.....
