Inn on the Harbour

Clean and comfortable, in a very nice and safe location, with a good view of the harbour

There were a few things in the room that didn’t make sense - toilet paper roll holder in the wall in the bathtub lol I assumed it was from when renovations were done. carpet was stained and dirty, but you could tell it had been vacuumed and cleaned as good as could be. Replacing the carpet would be my suggestion to make the rooms feel a bit more comfortable

Prince Rupert isn't very big but the location was easy walking to restaurants and shops. The continental breakfast was nice with plenty of choice and the staff on reception were extremely helpful, especially with the air canada departure procedure.

They always had fruit, bananas, apples and oranges but a nice fruit salad would have been good and maybe some cold meats.

I didn't think much of breakfast as I am not a cereal eater. The hard boiled eggs were not good quality imo. However, coffee was excellent and there were muffins and you could have toast. The lounge where we had breakfast is gorgeous, loved that room and view over harbour.

Room was very small. Bathroom small. Felt crowded. Ask for a bigger room

Location was great, especially near the bus station for the airport. That was great. Breakfast was very good...so nice to have a staff person there to help.

View out my window to parking lot on first floor was not good. For the price I paid, would have expected a better location. Had to keep curtains closed all the time.

There was a good feel to this hotel from check-in to check-out. Our room was a good size and was comfortable and clean. Everything in the bathroom worked fine and there was sufficient storage available for our short stay. There was a good choice of food for breakfast and the staff member serving it was very happy in her work, even at 6.30 in the morning! She helped make a good start to each day.

We absolutely loved the view from the king suite. Very comfortable room.

The mattress was a bit sunken, it is time for a replacement. Other than that is was excellent. We will definitely recommend it and will stay again in the future.

Great location. Renovated with modern bathroom shower and mirror. Beautiful room and good laundry facilities. Continental breakfast had an very efficient hostess preparing/ toasting breakfast items ( highly sanitary). Good parking.

Ran out of eggs. Don’t have granola. Location was excellent except for the dump place by you. Excellent bed. Because we got a good deal, and the view was amazing, it was worth the money

Breakfast was good and a multiple choices : fruits , eggs, all kinds of cereals , milk, iogurt , bagels and scones and breads , juice , fruits , teas and coffee , the lady helping in the kitchen Kristin was extremely helpful and welcoming, The front Desk staff service was excellent, the location and the free bikes are a big bonus . We are from Victoria for sure will return back to this Inn.

View from the room after we upgraded the booking. New bathroom facilities seemed to have been recently completed.

There was no place to hang clothes, coats etc. Prince Rupert is wet and I didn’t want to put my wet clothes on furniture. Perhaps that is still unfinished improvements that are coming.
