Sandman Signature Prince George Hotel

Bed was very comfortable. We stayed in the king suite with kitchenette and separate sitting room, which was a lovely feature. I was able to have a private phone conversation while my hubby watched tv. The desk chair was excellent. There was also a pocket door separating the bedroom from the rest of the space which helped reduce noise and diminish light from the hallway so we had an almost pitch black room for sleeping. This was an added bonus! The staff were very helpful and friendly. We got back after dinner to find the complimentary coffee bar had been put away, but the desk clerk gave us some decaf coffee pods and extra tea bags to take back to our room and make ourselves.

Bathroom could have been cleaner. Grout needed a good scrubbing but overall it was decent. Furniture needed vacuuming, but it wasn’t terrible. We had a first floor room which faced the parking area, so we didn’t have any privacy with the curtains open. Not a deal breaker for one night, but if we stayed again I’d ask for a room higher up.

Breakfast? Was there free breakfast? Rooms were very nice and A/C was already on when I got into the room.

1- Parking really sucks at this location, very narrow stalls for regular size trucks and narrow through road. I do understand that there is very limited space to use. 2- For such a nice place, TV's are very small compared to other less expensive hotels in the area 3- Bathroom light is in a bad location. When you stand at the sink, the light fixture is right in the middle of the mirror so you stare at the light bulb, ok for people under 5 feet tall i guess

Easy to find. This time my family and I got to have a hot tub before bed. last year when we came through the hot tub was turned off ice cold my daughter and I were bumbed out. But not this time around.

The parking lot is a little crapped bc of those working out of town their work trucks took up a lot of room and they stuck out further so it was a bit of obstacle course. I would love to see either a Continental breakfast or a vulture for breakfast at a restaurant nearby.

Staff was so sweet and helpful. Very accommodating of all of my last minute requests for extended checkout time because of my wedding. The front desk staff member gave me a card with his name on it but I forgot it at the counter :( He is a man from India who was working at 11:00 on Sunday June 11. Loved my stay and couldn't have chosen a better place to get ready for my wedding and spend my wedding night at!

Enjoyed the quiet peaceful room. Perfect location for our visit with family. Ease of access off highway 16. Only had two meals at Rockford but each was great portion and fine quality.

Problem with the fire damage wall not a confidence builder. Multiple access card failures not appreciated. Light fixtures over The west tables in Rockford we damaged one showed burn damage.

We liked the room and beds were comfortable. Location was good and close to where we needed to be. Staff was very friendly and helpful and approachable. Hotel was clean and great stay for the price.

The pool area was in need of some repair and for such a nice hotel we were expecting a more updated pool and found it a bit small. Parking was a bit hard to get into as spaces were limited and small stalls.

We were treated well. The staff was courteous. Covid precautions were taken seriously. Overall nice hotel.

There are alot of pipeline workers who stay here. It is hard for staff to keep it clean carpet in halls is needing to be replaced. Room was adequate. Everything worked. The pool area was not cleaned everyday like it should be done. I could tell by the black stains everywhere on the white tiling. But the pool and hot tub were ok to use and functioned with clear warm and hot tub water.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I was able to use a meeting room last minute for some business and they were very flexible. Room had a kitchen which was convenient.

You have to ask for room cleaning. I could have asked but was busy so went without any cleaning

Bedding was nice. Choice of firm or soft pilliws. 2 bathrobes are offered and nice bathroom amenities. Our room was very clean. Carpeted floor which I find strange for a fairly new hotel, but it was clean and not worn looking. The air conditioner worked very well and kept the room cool all night.

The bed was very soft, too soft, but it is only because I prefer a much firmer bed due to my back. Other people may really enjoy this type of bed. Would have been nice to have a small microwave in the room. There is only a single cup tea/coffee maker.

Ive stayed here several times. It is very nice.

A few times the key cards have not been activated correctly, and a return visit to reception is required. No major problem though, the staff are always helpful and apologetic.
