Pomeroy Inn & Suites Prince George

The hotel is really clean and new. It was a good value for money.

We booked the king suite room, which is supposed to fit 4 people, 2 in the king bedroom and 2 in the sofá bed located in some sort of living room separated from the bedroom. However the sofá bed is so small it can only fit 1 person, so this room is definitely not good for 4. So, they changed us into a double queen room which did not have two separate spaces, just one open space, but it was good for 4 people.

We were delighted to find out that your website was wrong and the pool was actually indoors. We also loved that there was breakfast which was not advertised on the site.

I can honestly tell you there wasn't one single thing we found wrong with this place. Will be back

I have been here about 5 times now. and each time everything is clean. which is very important. also, the duvets are white, which means they can’t easily hide marks or spills made by previous guests and that you can see how clean the bedding is.

1/5 visits I experienced judgemental guests who were sitting near the elevators and making loud obnoxious comments. they were drinking alcohol - figured that out when the male person opened his beer can and took a swig.

it was clean and the staff were amazing. Very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Shame about having to limit the pool to 30 so it had to be booked in time slots. I think it’s time the hotel lift that so the kids can all play and enjoy the awesome slides and pool all together.

Wow!!! Just wow!!! We used to family vaca at Esther's Inn when it wasn't Super 8 and thought it was great! Since Super 8 took over it has plummeted in our expectations. Here at Pomeroy it has everything Esther's had only 100% better. The bathroom is my 11 year old daughter's favorite thing here. Deep tub and funky lighting. The breakfast OMG!!! You gotta stay here!!

The pool is more for families with young children. However, it's pretty awesome for that demograph😁

The staff was great other than at check in when we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. The staff that took care of the breakfasts were amazing!

The beds were extremely firm and very uncomfortable. The whole family had a hard time getting much sleep because of it.

We had a fantastic experience at the Pomeroy Inn and suites. The front desk staff were SO friendly and delightful. Very accommodating to my family allowing us the book back to back pool slots. Also so friendly towards my 2 dogs. Basically the entire stay was lovely from when we walked in the door. We come to PG for costco and from now on our monthly costco trip will always consist of a stay at the Pomeroy Inn and suites! Thanks so much!

We liked the Breakfast and the pool area, It was a great place for the kids to burn off some energy. The rooms and the hotel were clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and made our stay enjoyable!

I really can't comment as everything was fantastic.

Breakfast was ok. Decent variety. LOVE the lemonade, and guava passion fruit juice. Not enough seating....have had to wait for a table every time we've stayed here.

Lack of seating, lots of items always seem to be 1 or 2 servings away from being empty

water slides, water park area, pool, large dining area with complimentary breakfast, deep bath tubs

orange stains on the carpet, sliding bathroom door not toddler friendly, long check in process even though there was no line, wasn’t greated by front desk staff
