Pemberton Hotel (Motel)

The motel was quaint and clean, I loved the new floors and colorful bedspreads. the bed was a little saggy but still pretty comfy. The tooting of the train nearby at 8am, sounded like it was right outside our window but it was not. It gave me a old town feeling, it was pleasant even though I would have loved to sleep a little longer. Overall a very nice stay and experience.

I was surprised to see there was instant coffee and powdered cream only in the morning. I feel fresh quality coffee with real cream is important to many guests. Other hotels in this price range would have this available, Good tasting coffee is a nice way to start the day.

In the past PemHo had a poor reputation for several reasons- scruffy- noisy because of the adjacent bar with loud music- but now the room is updated- clean- quiet-and very affordable compared to any other accommodation in Pemberton. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Nothing I didn’t like -it’s basic accommodation at a fair price- clean is always a major consideration in any hotel/ motel and Pem/Ho satisfies that criteria well .

Excellent location, hotel is conveniently located at the city center. Very short walking distance to 2 supermarkets. 2 liquor stores, hardware store, sporting goods, bakery across the hotel and other stores.

No microwave and coffee maker in the room only in the lobby which is on the ground floor while all the rooms are on the 2nd floor. Room quite comfy but some corners of the room with visible dirt.

I was a very nice place quiet even with the pub being down stairs it was really nice and quiet. The rooms were nice and clean all and all very nice place.

The beds were super uncomfortable the only thing that kept me up was trying to find away to get comfortable enough to go to sleep.

I didn't expect much about a 2 star hotel and I had a great surprise. It is always clean and smells nice (corridor and room). Besides that employees were very helpful when I needed

Liked the space, cleanliness and comfort. A pleasant surprise and great night's sleep after staying in a less than good place the previous night. Added bonus was the off-licence nextdoor.

For a older place, Well maintained and cleaning staff did a exceptional job cleaning. Great job by all. Everything was in working order.

Be nice to have a micro wave in room. I'm older person and hard of hearing somewhat. T V volume will not go pass a talking level. But I do understand why .

Location! close to everything groceries, deli, Chinese and sushi restaurants liqueur store all next door. Transit and one mile lake close as well.

Hospitality of the front desk attendants. They were genuinely friendly and present. We were offered lasagna that was in the community freezer, as the restaurants in town were closed when we arrived

Very nice location, the WIFI connection was exellent !

As we were driving an electric car I would suggest a destination charger. As more EV are on the roads, the charger will be a decision point for travellers to choose witch hotel to use. I wasn't dissapointed at all, it's just a recommendation :)
