The host was very polite and helpful....

I liked the location... The rooms and the cleanliness.... Only thing that was a bummer was the breakfast... We cam around 9 am and there was nothing hardly left... The cook was present and we asked is there anything esle to eat... She flat out said no.... Let me be frank I'm a cook... And if you guys close 930am...there shouldn't be no reason why you can't cook or top up the breakfast area.. It was 9am we got there... So that isn't any reason why....

Very nice room with comfortable bedding and a large bathroom. I was able to park my car next to my room. Breakfast was nice, they have a pancake making machine - so cool to watch. Quick access to the main road with minimal traffic.

There is only one way to get into and out of the property and its on the northbound lane of highway 97. You either have to do a U-turn at the nearest traffic light or take a series of back roads to go the opposite direction into town. There's a lot of traffic in the area and a lot of lighted intersections - it takes a while to get into downtown.

This was our second stay here and it was even better than the first. We were given an upgraded room, that was a suite, with a lounge and a separate bedroom. It was large and comfortable, as was the bed. I also liked the fact that it didn't have a bathtub, just a shower stall which I find safer. The continental breakfast was excellent and exceeded what I would call a "continental" breakfast since we could cook pancakes, and had warm hard boiled eggs and bacon available, as well as the usual breakfast items. All up a great place to stay at a good price. I highly recommend.

To get to this suite we needed to go through the reception lobby, which wasn't a major hassle, but added to the distance I needed to carry my wife's heavy suitcase!

I like the location since it is very close to everything that we went to. Pool was clean and pretty big and the jacuzzi as well. The tables outside were a nice touch to sit down to and hang out with your friends and family

The breakfast was lacking. I remember I went in this location back in 2020 and there were a lot of options for hot foods. Now it's only boiled egg, pancake, and bacon. Would love to see more from the breakfast sections in the future! Since this hotel is a bit on the pricier side. But all in all it was a good vacation!

the bed was really comfy and the rooms kept sound out really well! was a little nervous with our room right off the elevator but we didn’t hear anyone in the hallway the entire time!

housekeeping only tried to come twice at around 4pm both days so we were getting ready to go out again so our room wasn’t cleaned the whole time we were there. and it was a little difficult leaving the property

The room was really big, clean and great vinyl plank floor, way better than carpet. The separate bedroom was fantastic. My partner was able to get up and work online without disturbing me. so good.

There was a real lost opportunity with this room. There is so much space but no furniture. It is a king suite with a seperate bedroom, a foldaway couch but now desk or table or cabinets. You have to fill the coffee machine up from the bathroom sink. It is a real travesty. This could be a great little 1 bedroom apartment that would be perfect for extended stays. too bad.

I was disappointed in the breakfast. there were no gluten free options other than fruit. I am surprised that the facility doesn't take celiac disease into account when setting up food options. Plain yogurt and gluten free cereal are good options, even hard-boiled eggs would have been nice. there wasn't enough coffee left in the room. 2 packages on the first day and only 1 on the second. I am an early riser for work, and I didn't have enough coffee supplied.

The whole place was great: clean, quiet, friendly and cost effective. Definitely stay again next time I'm in town.

Minor issues: Beds were definitely softer than average, which was great for me but bad for my daughter, and two mornings the pancake machines were malfunctioning intermittently.

Clean, neat and very nice. The staff is unbelievable and friendly. The place is freshly painted and the guys were working on improvements. The breakfast was fine. If you want safe, clean and friendly then stay here. The bed was top quality. Not the Ritz but awesome. Don't worry about the negative google reviews. Not accurate.

The bathtub drain was not 100% .I reported same to the lady cleaning. No big deal.

Great central location in Kelowna -- it was located on a busy street but it was exactly what we needed (short stay after a flight). The check in process was easy and simple, the room was very large for the two of us and our bed was very comfy after a long travel day! We ended up missing breakfast so I can't comment on the quality of that.

Our room was located near the road and the courtyard so it was a little bit loud
