It is a beautiful place to stay, wonderful staff great pool hot tubs, lovely view, close to everything, lots of stuff to do walking distance. Have stayed before and will keep coming back.

Found it silly to charge me $5 for a toothbrush/ there are alot of add ons to the invoice,,,,, hotel fee, marketing fee, hotel services fee, parking $24:( I personally would rather have the charges up front when you book , if its $280/ night all in then I would like to know that , and it would still be worth it. All in all the place is beautiful , but I did get annoyed at the $5 fee for a toothbrush? ( I know its only $5 but still annoyed me. The front staff were great as well!

What breakfast?? The location of our room and location of the hotel. The pool although I would prefer adults only. I know, never going to happen. The kitchen is stocked well.

The air conditioner goes on and off all and kept waking me up. The second night I turned on the bathroom fan and it balanced out the noise. Couple of small things, no big deal. My sister’s robe had a large tear/ hole in the back. There could have been a couple of tv blankets. Would have been nice if the baby with the diaper on wasn’t in the hot tub. Oh and maybe time to replace the duvet cover sheet in the master bdrm. It is pilling.

location was fantastic - everything within walking distance! Appreciated the upgrade to a larger suite on a higher floor!

We asked if our room could be baby-proofed, and we’re told yes. But, when we arrived, it wasn’t and we were told it couldn’t be done, and that maintenance doesn’t do that? We don’t mind, and happy to bring our own electric socket covers, etc. So, it was a bit more stressful not being able to let the baby roam like he does at home. We didn’t have time during our stay to scramble finding what we’d need.

The waterfront location was ideal and relaxing. We really appreciated the indoor secure parking. The stalls were large enough to accommodate our 3/4 ton crew cab pickup. The staff, including reception and maintenance, we’re amazing. The reception personnel were extremely helpful during registration and in providing dining recommendations and directions. The cleaning staff and maintenance personnel responded promptly to our needs. Ours was an executive 1 BRM suite which included a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a dish washer, a balcony, full laundry, fireplace, a queen bed with 5 piece ensuite, and a view of the waterfront. It was very comfortable. It had a well equipped gym, both indoor and outdoor pools and several hot tubs.

Hotel signage could be improved to enhance visibility from the street. The Royal Kelowna Bellstar Hotel, the Delta Hotel and the Casino comprise a large complex and we missed the entrance when we first arrived at this beautiful facility.

I didn't like the fact that I booked it online with my visa debit however once I got to the property I was not able to pay with my card they only accept credit cards which I don't believe in ... I offered a 5000 cash deposit if that's what they needed but nope they don't accept cash deposits either. I offered to do a debit transaction separate from the payment amount and in the AM once the housekeeping checked over the room we could simply do a refund on my card nope not an option .... So my company had a pre paid moto card so I just had to transfer money to his card which I ended up donating to him now that I think about it .

The apartment was roomy, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and in a great location. Everyone was helpful and pleasant. The view from our balcony was charming. A great place in every way. Parking was easy. Restaurants nearby. On cool mornings and evenings, the gas fireplace was a nice touch.

The only thing I could think to add was a garbage disposal. Otherwise, it was perfect!

Was surprised our room was upgraded from 1 BDRM to 2 BDRM because my husband was turning 65. It was exceptionally clean & so big & we both thought it was beautiful & not outdated. The view was spectacular. The outdoor pool was perfect for a morning swim & having indoor & outdoor hot tubs was perfect. It was the perfect birthday retreat. We will be back.

Nothing negative to say

We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment which interestingly had 3 bedrooms. It was very spacious, well equipped and decorated and clean. There was a large balcony which had a great view across the water. Parking was very easy and reasonably priced

The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are a bit airless. No windows and on the small size. No restaurant or bar on the property but this is not much of a disadvantage because there are plenty of places within a 10min walk.

it was a very fancy suite, the pool was easy to get to and amazing, the kids loved it. the suite was spacious and we were able to visit with family.

the suite had some dental floss from previous guest stuck in the drain which caused slow draining, and the hot tubs had scum lines

The room was ready early, they upgraded us upon arrival, the location was excellent and we could walk to restaurants. The room was very comfortable! Staff was very friendly and always greeted us when going through the lobby.

The parking fee! Would better to just increase the room rate and include parking. May put off some local province visitors when other properties don’t charge for parking.
