the breakfast was terrible. I would prefer a $5.00 McDonalds gift certificate No muffins, no bagels, bread and some type of dried up pkg. waffles . No butter only Margarine. Apples. Very surprised at the low level of the breakfast.

Staff were very polite and friendly. Check in and check out was smooth. Beds were huge, consisting of a king bed and a queen bed, sufficient for a family of 5. Our room was located at level 1 near inside the main building, which I felt was safe and secure. We visited the heated pool, it looked very clean. However we didn't use the facilities. The location is great. There are many eateries around, tim houtons and burger king are located right in front of the hotel. The price of a night stay was very reasonable.

Breakfast could be improved. It will be great if omelettes can be provided.

Ease of check in, friendly staff happy to go the extra mile to accommodate specific needs. Abundant breakfast items to satisfy most every tastes. Rooms are comfortable and clean, quiet despite being near a major thoroughfare. Close to the TransCanada so easy to hop off the hiway, get a good night rest with minimal disturbance and continue your trip the next morning.

Accommodations could always be less expensive! But, it isn't as expensive as other hotels that would provide the same level of service and comfort.

This was nicer than the photos showed, the room was updated, the staff were lovely and gave us some milk for the coffee in our room. Our kids (6&8 years) absolutely loved the water slide & pool, which was nice and warm. There is also a simple little gym too.

Only one blanket on the beds so not very cozy in winter but heating worked well. We preferred the breakfasts that other motels of the same chain in other locations provided, rather than getting the $5 voucher for Tim Hortons. Jets in the hot tub didn't work.

We had an awesome time. We checked in early. The rooms were clean, comfortable and roomy. The bathroom area was clean. They provided additional facilities. The family loved it. The pool was the highlight. Everyone wanted to try the slide. The staff were friendly and the hotel was located in a lovely neighbourhood with shops and restaurants minutes away.

Breakfast was pretty basic. However, upon request you can get additional items.

The hotel was so nice and clean. We were able to check in early. We were in Abbotsford for a graduation. The location was perfect! Sounds silly, but we actually had our room cleaned without even requesting. Since covid,we still experience that with some hotels. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable. Price was perfect Would come back again.

Great place to stay...really good location. Pool facilities were awesome. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included.

Little confusion as to which room we were given when we first arrived though... they made up for it by upgrading our room package. Though kinda wish pool/ gym opened before 10am for people liking to get an early workout/swim before traveling...would have been more convenient and less rushed.

We counted 9 plug-ins in the room. Plenty for all of us to plug in our phones. Location was good. Right close to Walmart with Costco not far. Breakfast was adequate. Staff were great. We needed another chair in the room and staff brought one. Greatly appreciated!

After 5 mornings, breakfast got tedious, but can't really complain cause the price was right.

We stayed in this motel 2 nights before Christmas and 3 nights in January. On the first occasion we stayed in the annex, a separate building from where you check in. The room was large enough. There was no carpeting, there are only outside entrances to the rooms and no elevator to the second floor. To get ice you had to go back to the "check in" building. On the second stay we were in the "check in" building. The room was larger, and was carpeted. Ice was available on our floor. There is an elevator. All room doors opened onto a hallway. Staff was most helpful. Beds in both rooms were on the firm side which we like.

It was conveniently located just off the highway. Lots of food choices in the area. Breakfast was sufficient to start the day.

Needs a bedding upgrade. The thin blanket and quilt seem old and outdated and not as cozy as a duvet or quilt would have been.
