Best Western PLUS Langley Inn

Large suite with everything we needed. 2 adults 3 teens. Kitchen well stocked with pots, glassware, even a full oven. Staff was excellent and loaned me a charger for my phone!, went out of their way for us and felt very welcome.

A little run down, lobby couch at door very worn and saggy. Stains on carpet in the entry of our suite, wall paper behind door in bathroom splashed and dirty. Stains on throw pillows on couch. At 250/night I was expecting a much higher attention to detail. Small fixes that shouldn't be left undone leaving the impression of 'used'. Replace the pillow coverings, clean the back wall in the bathroom, remove the stains in the carpet (pink) or put in a long rubber, to make it look fresh for the guest. Overall very clean apartment where it counted, kitchen,bath, beds, couches, etc. So we are happy overall. Could have been cheaper for the run down factor and it would have been fine.

grandson enjoyed the pool. we'll use it next time. We've stayed here before. It's convenient for us to family

It's great that there is breakfast included although the plain eggs leave a bit to be desired. HP sauce would help. I'm not a fan of tabasco or salsa sauce but my husband uses it. It would be nice to have a couple of bottles of water in the room like they do in the US. It would save us packing our own. When we asked why the Vancouver hockey game wasn't on the restaurant television the lady told us it was set by management and they couldn't change it. There was a game but this is Vancouver not Winnipeg. The lighting in the restaurant was set at operating room level. Perhaps dimming it the evening would be good.

Executive 2 queen room was huge. Full kitchen, dishwasher, full sized fridge, plates/cups/utensils, table & 3 chairs, 2 couches (1 was a pull out bed), 2 queen bedrooms each with modern ac, huge bathroom. Room was really easily accessible on main floor, extra public washrooms right next door (perfect for a large family). Full breakfast, lots of choices.

-Room was very expensive. -Dirty Dishes were left in the dishwasher from previous occupants.

Good room, good bed, nice sitting area, nice whirlpool and pool area. Adequate breakfast.

Little room to leave your suitcase open for a 1 night stay (due to space taken by the sitting area), Balance is a bit off: I would prefer more space around the bed and a bit smaller sitting area. The price for a late checkout was announced as 30 Can, but with taxes came to 50 Can. That feels a bit high. The restaurant on site is not on par with the hotel.

The hotel was clean, comfortable; friendly staff; room was available on short notice; site was near some of our relatives; breakfast offered a great variety of options and was ready to serve/eat for a good period of time. Oh yes, the beds were very comfortable.

As you know, everyone would like a lower price. Such is life. Even though we booked for 4 adults, there weren’t sufficient towels for 4 to shower- so no one showered. There didn’t seem to be any ‘thinner’ pillows. The high pillows irritate my neck injuries. Everyone else seemed to like them.

Best Western Langely is nicely decorated, the rooms are very comfortable with great beds and linens, the room had a well-equipped kitchenette and the included breakfast was excellent with many food choices. The hotel also has a pool and hot tub which we are looking forward to using on our next stay. Rickey's Country Grill is in the hotel and is a good restaurant with easy accessibility. We have six more monthly visits to Langely coming up and we will definitely stay at Best Western.

Exceptionally courteous, polite and accommodating staff, absolute pleasure dealing with them in all aspects of our stay. We would DEFINITELY recommend the property for anyone needing to stay in Langley

There was nothing we didn't like. Everything met ore exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for us as a one night stay in our travels. Found the room tastefully refurbished, clean and comfortable. Best shower for a hotel room

Hotel was clean and staff very accommodating. The breakfast was good with decent amount and variety. Room was spacious.

I did not like the bed at all - way too soft and I ended sleeping on the pull out sofa. Also thought the price of the place was a little high for a Best Western.

Great location apart from the obvious noise of being in a busy town, confortable pillow top beds, great facilities in room will use again, for business and personal travel 100%

Maybe better noise isolation from busy road? Wasn't able to extend my stay as they were booked out.. went to a different BW that hadn't read the memo on comfort...

We needed a room for the night close to where we needed to be. It was a 1 night stay and was exactly as expected. Room was clean and quiet and front desk staff were friendly and professional.

The cost was a bit higher than the average we usually pay for this type of stay but that is probably due to location as we usually stay further out in the valley.
