The staff was amazing! They arranged taxi ride from airport late night. Our flight was 2 hours late but when we arrived, the driver was still there! However, what I’m most impressed and grateful happened the next morning with the ride to the airport. I had just bought a pair of expensive AirPods Pro for the trip. They fell off my pocket in back seat. in a panic I called the hotel 1/2 later when I noticed. They were able to track driver down and she even drove back to the airport and met me with the AirPods!!! Talk about above and beyond! Super grateful all around. The hotel is quaint, well appointed and I would highly recommend for a layover overnight. The staff was stupendous and I hope this note of gratitude finds it way to them!

A peaceful green oasis with a beautiful pool in the middle of a busy city district. Quite a long distance to the city center, however very close to the airport. The airport proximity is definitely a big benefit if you want to get there quickly without the risk of missing your plane because of a traffic jam - which is anytime possible and very frequent in Phnom Pehn. I would highly recommend this hotel to all travelers in Phnom Penh who need a hotel close to the airport and want to spend a few hours/days in a peaceful place outside the center. For those who come to Phnom Penh mostly for sightseeing this hotel would be less suitable, unless you are ok to spend 30 min. going to the downtown.

The environment is clean and peaceful, and the service staff are very enthusiastic and friendly. The breakfast is simple but very delicious
I invited friends for dinner in the hotel, but we found that the available options on the menu were limited. This could be due to the restaurant's restricted business operations, resulting in insufficient preparation. Nevertheless, all of the dishes served were exceptionally delicious.

The whole facility was nice...but my request to be put right next to each others room was not granted. The room of my daughter was 1 room apart from us 😞 The breakfast was great... so relaxing to stay at the balcony hearing the water flowing on the pool.... so relaxing... great for staycation 💖💖 Aside from that...it was a nice stay. Make staff smile all the time it is more pleasing smiling back at the client or be the first to smile....spread the virus of smiling ☺☺ Thank you 💖

Close to the airport for an early flight out. The reception staff were very helpful,. The room was very comfortable.
The menu and quality of food at the restaurant was disappointing,. We had hoped for a few cocktails on our final night but we're lucky to get cold beers. Restaurant staff were not attentive at all. Had to be called over every time we needed something. From ordering to collection of plates when we had finished.

Food in restaurant wasn’t good at all, ordered burger and pasta, pasta and chips were stone cold and sent back the pasta as was unedibly cold, food not great and location is something to be desired, if you don’t leave the hotel then great

I love the the environment and location. They upgraded my room to VIP rooms which is awesome. Convenient close to airport and relaxing surroundings. Breakfast is very good too. Staffs are very friendly.
What I really didn’t like about this place is the bedding. mattress is not comfortable and pillow is very hard to sleep on. They gave me headache for days.

breakfast may need a little western diet added, hopefully the pool bar may be open in the future, for people with no contacts in the area may need to exercise caution if venturing out alone.
traffic is definitely a concern but obviously outside of the hotel's responsibility.

We have been in Cambodia for the past month and stayed msinlt I 4 star hotel. But the Bali which is I think a 3star had the best comprehensive breakfast of them all. The other hotel came nowhere near the quality and choice of the Bali .
Reception star were a bit lacking in experience with poor PR.
